HOW TO MAKE THE BEST NIGERIAN FRIED RICE TO PERFECTION ! A GUIDE FOR BEGINNERS | FRIED RICE RECIPE
Welcome again to my Channel. In today’s video I will show you how to cook the best and perfect Nigerian Fried Rice as a beginner with every details and tips to help you cook that fried rice to perfection !
FRIED RICE RECIPE
- 300grams frozen Chicken
- 6 maggi Cubes
- salt
- dried thyme
- curry
- 3 red Onion (chopped)
- 1 Thumb sized ginger
- 1 garlic cloves smashed
- 500ml water
- 1 red Paprika
- 1 green paprika
- 1 yellow paprika
- 1 sweet paprika
- 5 carrots 🥕 sticks
- 1 bowl green peas
- Black Pepper
- 200g cow liver
- 50g shrimps
- 4 sticks Spring onions
- 4 green scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 red scotch bonnet pepper
- Groundnut oil
- 1 kan sweetcorn
RICE
- 400ml chicken stock
- 10 cups of rice
- 200ml water extra
- 1 tps salt
- 1 tps curry powder
- 1 tos thyme
- 2 maggi cubes
- 1 tps black pepper
- 1 bowl of Green mix ( 1 green paprika, 2 green pepper 2 sticks spring onions )
FROZEN CHICKEN (2500g):
- 1 spoonful of salt
- 3 whole Maggi Star cube
- 1/2 spoonful of garlic & Ginger mixed
- 1 onion & 2 green pepper chopped
- 1 spoonful of Curry powder
- 1 spoonful of thyme
- Allow to cook for 5 mins then add 500ml water ( to cook till done )
COW LIVER
- 4 Soup Spoon of Chicken stock
- 200g cow liver
VEGGIES
- 5 medium carrot
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 bowl green beans
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 green peas
- 1 kan sweetcorn
- 1 red habanero
- 2 spring onions
Veggies seasoned with:
- ½ teaspoon chicken seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tps garlic & ginger mix
- 1 tps thyme
- 1 tps curry
