To anyone who hates reservation 👇💀 (I don't know why you exist then?) Oh, you hate reservations? Cool. Let’s talk about why they exist in the first place. See, no one actually wants reservations. You think Dalits, Bahujans, and Adivasis wake up every day celebrating 🥳 that they need a government policy to get a fair shot at life? No. They need reservations because your so-called "upper" caste ancestors built a system that systematically locked them out of education, jobs, and basic human dignity for centuries. And guess what? That system isn’t gone. Caste-based discrimination isn’t just history. It’s your neighbor not renting a house to a Dalit. It’s a Bahujan doctor being humiliated by their seniors. It’s a village where an Adivasi kid gets beaten for drinking from the so called "wrong" well. And then you have the audacity to cry about "merit" when the entire game has been rigged in your favor for generations? Reservations should be based on income? This is my favorite nonsense argument. 😌 Let's get real...poverty and caste oppression are not the same thing. A poor Brahmin might struggle financially, but the moment they step into a room, they are still Brahmin. No one questions their "place" in society. A rich Dalit, on the other hand? They can have all the money in the world, but that won’t stop people from calling them slurs, rejecting their job applications, or questioning their merit just because of their last name. A fat, juicy bank account doesn’t erase caste oppression. If you think reservations exist because of money, you don’t understand how deeply caste is baked into society. It's not about income, it's about access, power, and social mobility. But then what about unfilled reserved seats? First of all, do you even know how admissions work? When reserved category seats aren’t filled, it’s not because "Oh, Dalits and Adivasis just aren’t good enough." It’s because of systemic exclusion...bad schooling, lack of mentors, and a society that constantly tells them they don’t belong. And when seats do go unfilled? They’re supposed to be carried forward for future candidates, giving the next batch a shot. But what really happens? Magically, those seats end up back in the hands of "upper" castes through loopholes, favoritism, or just straight-up policy manipulation. But sure, tell me more about how "merit" works. How do we remove reservations? Simple. Destroy caste-based discrimination. The day Dalits, Bahujans, and Adivasis are treated as equals...in education, in hiring, in social status, in every aspect of life...reservations won’t be needed. But until that day comes? They stay. 😌 Because reservations aren’t a "favor"...they’re a correction for the generations of injustice baked into Hindu foundations. You want to end reservations? Start by calling out casteist hiring practices, fighting discrimination, and actually giving a damn when a Dalit student is harassed in a university. Dalit man lynched for sitting on horse. Otherwise, stop pretending you care about "equality" when what you actually want is to maintain your privilege while disguising it as "merit." Imagine a marathon where some runners start five miles ahead while others are shackled for the first half of the race. Now, after years of this unfair system, someone says, "Hey, let’s at least remove the shackles and give them a head start so they can compete." And then the runners who started ahead cry about fairness. That’s you. That’s the entire anti-reservation argument in a nutshell. So, if you really want equality, stop focusing on reservation as the problem and start focusing on caste-based oppression as the root cause. Until then? The system stays. 😌🥰

With due respect Boss capitalism doesn’t work this way Maan lo ap 200-300 cr invest krke college khole ho toh risk uptake kiye ho apna money ka….toh 15% ROCE to chaiye….toh min 30-45 cr Profit after tax to chaiye i.. Toh fees to jyada hoga i……(yeh discrimination ko khatm krne keliye private seats ekdam zero kr dena hoga…But usme consequence hoga doctor patient ratio bht bekar tarike se fall kr jayega)

See healthcare is a business. Isn't it? Ultimately no business can run with 80-90 Percent money going in salaries. That is what is happening in health care. For an operation where the total cost is 30000 the fees of the doctor is 24000. This can't continue. Just think of it, if for every product so much of money goes in salary. What will be the cost of smartphones, laptops, motor vehicles??

You don't understand PG reservations because you applied sound logic to it.

Sir after watching your video, it feels like DNB is superior imo, in terms of clinical exposure, and a DNB doctor has a slight upper hand as he might be a better clinician (as you said, he'll have advantage when it comes to moving abroad, due to better clinical exposure). And at the end, only thing that matters is how good of a clinician you are...

if 15 percentile UR candidate is eliglible enough for clinical practice then reserved governement seat candidate is way enough

Most of the hospitals are hiring quacks for less salary . They are experimenting on patients. It is better to take insurance and get checked at top hospitals who have almost all doctors

In south states there are more clinical seats in deemed university than government colleges, the irony is only 2-3 college per state has the quality to train pgs in good way, others are just to treat rich patients where these pgs do job of a glorifed observer
