No good for hills no good. The whole point of em is to take out the pain of hardpushing
Saying its more for the ladies because its a step thru is a little old fashioned dude, l say this because my bikes are step thru and l have a hip replacement which didnt work as good as it should have so I'm a bit biased, tho if l could manage a cross bar l would as they do look better 😂
