SmartGrill
Finally, what we've been working so hard on: The 'SmartGrill'.
You tell, literally talk to the SmartGrill and tell it what you want to cook, it's thickness and the doneness you want and it will let you know when to put it on, when to flip it and when to remove it from the grill. A one-inch thick, medium rare ribeye steak? You got it. Perfect, every single time.
Also, In case you're far away from the grill, talking to your guests or watching the game, with the SmartGrill you will also be able to download an app on your phone/tablet and you can control the SmartGrill from it. It will send you notifications to your phone or ipad letting you know when any action is required on your behalf and when your food is ready.

Do not believe anything. Ferran Adria is a great guy, but nothing more. Ok. It is a marketing genius. He did not invent anything and her recipes never make our mothers and grandmothers. It is a product of marketing. He was never more than an hour at a university (sweeping). You have to study and do not believe in luck. Ferran is one in a billion. Study, study and study ..... Do not believe any of this
