It's time the church figure out if they believe Jesus or Paul

1 Corinthians 14 describes many times that speaking in tongues is a gift, but preaching the Word is much more important. 1 Corinthians 28, lists all the gifts of the spirit, and puts tongues last. The idea that tongues is the only way to be with the spirit is unbiblical. Show me this message in the scripture.

I suggest that you search the Old Testament to see what adultery and fornication are as they relate to the physical sexual act. What I found is that, among the Jews, only a married woman could commit adultery if she had sex with a man who was not her husband. See the definition of adultery in Leviticus 20:10 and Deuteronomy 22:22. So, whether adultery is committed hinges upon the marital status of the Jewish woman. Likewise, a single woman could never commit adultery under the Old Testament because she is not married. Under the Old Testament, a single woman could only commit fornication. See Deuteronomy 22:20-21 and Hosea 4:13-14 where the daughters (single women) only committed harlotry (fornication) and the brides (married women) committed adultery. Also, keep in mind that the Jews had two types of husbands and wives, betrothed and married. They had two types of divorces, too; one from a betrothal and one from a marriage. So, when Jesus said that a husband could only divorce if the wife committed fornication, he was saying that only a betrothed husband could divorce his betrothed wife if she committed fornication. A betrothed wife is not yet in a covenant marriage and is, therefore still a single woman. Like I stated earlier, under the Old Testament, a single woman can ONLY commit fornication and a married woman can ONLY commit adultery if they engage in illicit sexual activity.

Hey sister, I have done hundreds of videos about divorce and remarriage adultery. I believe the exception clause is only for fornication during the Jewish betrothal. Joseph and Mary were betrothed husband and wife, and he was going to put her away for presumed fornication (losing her virginity to another man). Fornication doesn't include adultery when the two are used in the same sentence. The Pharisees accused Jesus of being born out of fornication (premarital sex), but of course, Mary was the only virgin who conceived by the Holy Spirit. It's so funny that I used to buy myself flowers and show them in my videos as well. Maranatha.

The consequence of adultery is an eternity in the lake of fire if the person does not repent and forsake it (1 Corinthians 6:9-10 and Galatians 5:19-21).

Dear Sister, please continue to be encouraged to speak out loudly that if you divorce your covenant spouse and marry someone else while that spouse is still alive you are committing adultery. The Holy Spirit also showed me this truth while I was in my adulterous marriage. I knew immediately that I had to get out of that marriage (divorce) if I wanted to be in right standing with God. This is a divorce that is permissible before God because you are getting out of a sinful marriage.

In the KJV Bible, Matthew 5 32 and Matthew 19 9 most accurate texts says fornication (not adultery), which in context, is referring to never married people having sex. Bond and bound is very different words and have different meanings. Thank you so much for being genuine and honest about how God convicted you about remarriage adultery.
