I think not that much people know but during a taualuga no one should ever aiuli in front the taupou and the taupou should never put their feet on someone as it is disrespectful but overrall they did very good at embracing our culture

as someone who was born and raised around our samoan culture (born and raised in nz) I'm very proud to see our people in the us rep our culture

A lot of people make this mistake when doing a taualunga, no one should ever be infront of the taupou and the taupou should not put their feet on someone like the aiuli, because they share a bond as brother and sister. It's RESPECT.

The girls dance is fantastic too bad the guys spoil it by running around like monkeys sole if you guys ran around with those flags while the girls perform there dance in Samoa or NZ or Australia you guys gonna end up with those flags over your head. 🤣🤣😅😅 Sole respect our culture with respect and being humble USO’s.
