Looks tasty.I add a jalapeno or two & chopped 🍅 roma tomatoes .
OK, so your recipe doesn't call for tomatoes. Interesting.
frangipane contains pastry cream.
💃 *promosm*
Thanks
wow
GRACIAS GLORIA , I WILL TRY THIS DELICIOUS RECIPE .💕
Those look delicious

Does this program allow a farmer to purchase a food truck? Would that be an eligible expense?
I like adding corn 🌽 and tomatoes 🍅
2:25 - I would BET that is Cream of Mushroom soup.
Great video!!! 😊 Cumin is traditional to Southwestern and TexMex dishes but not New Mexican. Thanks for saying cumin is optional.
Miraculously, I have all of these ingredients on hand. I will be making this. I love this dish but I was tired of the tomato-based type. Looking forward to this version. Thank you so much!
Around 3:25, the recording is difficult to distinguish the words. What does it include?

Love the video. Wondering if I have to cover roaster from rain? Also how do you clean the roaster & how often? I’m waiting for my order of chilis from Hatch. First time using the roaster.
I make mine just like this except I use canned tuna and instead of green chili’s I use boiled eggs/onions/pickles/mayonnaise, then instead of flour tortillas I smear it on white bread......😂😂😂. Some nut jobs in the comment section....
Looks very delicious Gloria, thank you . Where can I get an apron like yours…thanks again!
I like her apron too! I wonder if she bought it in old Town Albuquerque??
XXTRA HOT BIG JIMS
Thank you so much for sharing And greetings from San Angelo Texas ❤️ 🙌
From Taos and CA, Now I am really hungry thank you for a great video.
Please make sopaipillas
I made this several times. I use pork Sometimes I use beef, chicken or ground beef. Always comes out delicious.
It's not green Chile stew unless it is Hatch green chile.
THAT is RIGHT... ONLY HATCH GREEN CHILE from Hatch New Mexico. "Amen Sista... Amen"
Truer words have never been spoken. Grew up in AZ and now live in west Texas, so I've, fortunately, never been without access to Hatch Chiles and I honestly think that I'm spoiled because of it lol. My family thinks it's so cool that I can just take a day trip to Hatch to buy the real deal chiles. This year, I'm definitely going to deliver/send them some straight from the source since my dad absolutely loves them lol.
Shouldn't have watched this, now I want Green Chili stew for breakfast. It's March now I'll have to wait a few months to get more chili.
And sopaipillas
Yummy 😋
Stew meat? Looks like beef. I've had and made this dish many times in N.M, always made with pork loin, not beef stew meat.🤔
We. Also used pork
We always used hamburger meat. Poor people poor ways. I guess lol grew up on it.
Love her Talavera dishes, good looking rellenos. My Mom was from Zacatecas and she used these type of chilies. I lived in L A. and they always used Poblanos.
You are supposed to use POBLANO CHILES.
I've been making this for years. I've loved it since when my German mother made it when we moved to Albuquerque in the 70s. Thanks for showing me your way of making it.
Can you tell me how you make yours? I have a feeling it probably better.
@@darlenec6531 Wow... that's rude...
I like that add diced tomatoes as well as chicken stock. And I also like to use two mince garlic. I also like to add a couple of tablespoons a flower to my broth two kind of thinkin it up.
You just cooked a whole different recipe
Thicken
I want your rice and beans recipes, as well. Mmm
Look delicious, will try your recipe..
Would chicken stock make it more tasty? Love the bowl and plate.
I use chicken stock and pork loin, not beef. I make mine thicker, not so soupy.
Not authentic but do your thing.
@@kareneudaley2635 BS. Chicken/beef stock has been used for decades. FAR more flavor.
@@westernskies2199 Pork loin is WAY too lean and has no flavor. "Country style" pork ribs would be a better sub although beef is the best.
@Steve Ludwig love how you state your opinion and down grade everyone else's. My family has lived in New Mexico for over a hundred years and things are passed down. Like I said DO YOUR OWN THING.
Best recipe
