You can actually just hold Z to undo at the start :)

You can also use the [ctrl] + [z]

You can toggle placing the windows on the whole room or one by one, in the little menu left to the catalogue of windows. You can hold alt move objects closer to the wall but you might need to enter the cheat "bb.moveobjects" in the cheat menu (CTRL + Shift + C to open and close). If you select an object you can use the period and comma keys to rotate it. building half tiles is not possible. You can hold shift to apply wallpaper or flooring to the whole room, or toggle it in the same type of menu as the windows. You can also draw a fence instead of replacing a wall, same menu to the side of the catalogue. Draw the fence from the ground and not from the wall (it will copy the foundation height). Lilsimsie has really helpful building tutorials too. (I hope this makes sense, sorry for the long comment.)

I would love to see some more randomness and customization with the items you get. I.e. change the color of the wood in a cart/crate/barrel, maybe color variations of the items inside it, something. Also, can we get like a shift+drag+click to highlight all the items of a build and either lock it and allow for cloning...or better yet, allow us to save builds so we can pull out buildings in different maps when we start so we can build out varied houses.

It's a nice tutorial. My suggestion is with how you draw walls. Start with a really short wall as that way you only get two nodes, which means your wall will always be straight when you extend it.

Try to not delete all the tree as the tree tool doesnt spawn all varieties. If it matters to you- some small shrub type trees and usually a really big tree will be present on the map. In amongst the starter forest-- i usually pull some aside before i delete the trees just for variety's sake ❤️❤️.

Are you restricted to the original square, or can you add more squares? I'd like to build a steep street, such as you see in parts of England, so can you get any higher than the relatively low maximum height using the 'ground puller', as I think of it?
