Hi Helen. Like you, I said how lovely the weather was this week then I jinxed it and it's gone colder 😂. That pink top is such a wonderful colour on you. I also prefer a flat front trouser or even just partial flat front, gathering on my belly isn't the best look for me 😂😂 I made the Donny last week and loved it, great idea to make it from the cat fabric. TU really does use great fabrics and I often pick them up in charity shops. Thanks for sharing your pretty fabric at the end x

Hi I like your explanations about this patchwork jacket, I must have missed the original tv show. Thank you for your hard work of sorting the sewing of this jacket out. My grandson just suggested I make a waist coat for his dad, my son, the more colourful the better for him. Thank you again for your hard work and it’s nice to hear you’re in UK. I'm so annoyed I pulled out from my stash a watermelon double gauze from a sew hayley jane box. I wanted to make the Sewing Therapy Tie Dress. Purchased and printed the pattern and now I cant find the material anywhere. I spent 4 hours last friday searching for it. It's just disappeared. Dont have any other fruity material (I know its not strict) so now think I wont be able to enter this challenge 😩🥲. Whats the betting that post 30th June it turns up 🤣

Made my first Safia trousers last week & really pleased with the fit & look & will definitely be making more. So comfortable & has more importantly it’s given me my confidence back in sewing. Also made three dresses for Project Dress a Girl24 due in September & cut out four more. You look great in the trousers.❤

A fantastic few weeks had by the sounds of it. Argyle is a great venue, saw George Michael there when he came down. I bet Take that were brilliant, saw them a few years ago in Hyde Park and the atmosphere was great.

So pleased to see a new vlog, I was only thinking of you today! At last I had some 'me time' to sew. I sewed, I got the stitch ripper and unsewed, I sewed again......then reached for the stitch ripper and unsewed again.....thought I'm not sure Helen "stitch rip repeat" actually means to repeat the rip part again 🤣😂 On the third attempt it was 'good enough' and anybody that gets close enough to see the wobbly stitching is too close!

Wow you really have been seeing some awesome concerts recently. I saw Five back in the 90's at the NEC 👏🏼 Fun to hear about your ventures. Love the fact you are wearing a NL6217, I made another this week 😂. I just love that pattern either in a jersey or woven. Can't wait to see what you do with the pink fabric. Have a great weekend x
