Very good brother. Social media is terrible and it does drain a person's time. Imagine the total number of hours or days someone has spent on social media and sat eating Doritos. Pathetic. My iPhone's most used app shows the trading broker I use and tradingview. 1-3 hours per day. TH-cam as well for 1 hour. Monk mode is necessary for mental clarity and becoming great.
