My employer ask my team to do DISC but as we all ticked the privacy box they couldn't force us to divulge our results to them or each other. I haven't even opened my results envelope...just didn't see the point. As a team we have already built high levels of trust and as a result we are one of the top performing teams in the company, so as a team we see nothing to gain by utilising DISC.
