Hi Sharie. Thank you for replying to my question re painting this picture on a 30 x 36 canvass. My painting is well on it's way, however I have perhaps messed it up by slanting the tree near the lower left area too much 😢. Not sure if you would be able to let me know what you think? This is a Christmas gift for my sister who is going through a rough time this year, so I would like the painting extra special. Thank you. Marilyn

I love your tutorials. You explain things so well. Im curious did you forget the branches on the birch trees or just decide not to do them? PS. - I live in BC also and i too love winter scenes. We get lots of snow where i live.

Welcome back. I was hoping you would return. I have enjoyed your previous videos, they give me inspiration.

This is the 2nd time I've watched you paint this barn in preparation for trying it myself. Each time I watch it never ceases to amaze in terms of all the little "add on(s) that you do that make the whole painting look so impressive and complete. Things that we might see in a photograph with our naked eye, but as a newbie artist we would never, ever think to add that special touch. I love to watch you paint. Your technique fascinates me. Please continue painting for us so that we can learn to see with our own eyes what you are seeing in nature when you paint. Thank you and God Bless. Caroline

You make it look so easy...but not sure I can make it look as pretty. I am a beginner painter, not real good yet, but enjoying the process. A few things I painted have turned out well, others not so much. LOL Thanks for sharing your tutorials with us.

What do you spray your sketches with in your sketch books? I am new to acrylic painting and I like your idea of sketch books and adding bits and pieces of color here and there afterwards. I love how you just took everyday things around you or what your were feeling and sketched it and then wrote a little about it. What a wonderful record of your progress. Thanks for sharing.
