Something else you didn't mention is that season 3 clearly didn't glorify the millitary coup because Pixis was reluctent to do it to say the least and when Nile tells Erwin this is his victory he openly admits that the path they chose now is far more dangerous and not 100% postive. Imo the people justifying Eren's actions are very dangerous. I know it's "only fiction" but the values people have about a show can't be the opposite of thew ones they have about the real life. Thinking a genocide can be in any way justified is a massive red-flag and I would never trust anyone telling me that Eren wasn't the villain or was right

I don’t see it as “needed”, the game doesn’t revolve around it. It brings up different ideas and isn’t a dating sim. In any case, I hope they won’t go crazy on this and build the company just around this particular thing aimed to cash on only satisfying some people’s hunger for any form of acceptance or positive references of such things in a bigger circle than just their social one. It’s a successful company for now, of course they’ll play it safe and not risk it. So I wouldn’t expect them to ever go down such a road.

If you're interested in the intrications between Danganronpa and Big Brother you should definitely check the French version of the show which is called Secret Story and much more focused on the intellectual part (whereas Big Brother also includes physical challenges) and revolves around the idea that everyone has a double identity and has to hide it while trying to reveal who the other people truly are (which is a very strong idea in Danganronpa)
