To get the Thermal Scope, it's in your Bunker no need to always do those missions to unlock them, If you have enough In game Money just buy all of them that's what I Did. I think it cost me $750,000 or $800,000

It isn't much sense as to keep switching back and forth from Homing Missiles to Explosive Rounds because it gets pretty expensive, You are better off buying a Second Oppressor MK2 , That's what I did that way I have both of them, 1 for Explosive Rounds and the other Oppressor MK2 is for Homing Missiles. 👍
