Curl those index fingers, make sure you arent pointing while playing. Also find the fulcrum, dont hold the sticks too low. When you start double strokes you will notice they are going to be impossible if you hold the sticks that way. On a positive note, you a have a great sense of rhythm! Keep up the good work!

Idk if you’re looking for advice but you’d get a better/more realistic angle if you set the drum pad on your bed behind you. It’ll help you keep your elbows down and too relax your shoulders while playing!!! Keep going dude your single strokes sound good!!!

Great question, yes, I am blind. My drumming experience started when I joined the marching band at the Ohio school for the Blind my senior year in high school. I started by marching percussion, particularly bass drum. I tried it out for symbols and snare During concert season. January 2024 I started playing quads and continuously played them until I graduated. I usually practice the drums for at least two hours a day and on the weekends for about four hours a day. I’ve came a long way in the short time That I’ve been drumming.

good job on the faster singles here and getting your stickings! your pad is way too high, thats why you have to use those chicken arm motions. i might be wrong but it looks like you're also holding your sticks way far back, that's going to hurt how well you can control the sticks. watch your stick heights between accents and taps too!
