I got banned some days ago but it wasn't me who was on my account. I was playing dress to impress and roblox sent me a message saying "you have joined an experience on another device" i was confused because 1. i never gave anyone my account info and 2. i had 2 step verification on my account so i was confused that someone was able to log into my account. I tried to "reconnect" back into dress to impress but it told me " reconnection was unsuccessful" so i had to leave the game. When i left the game i realized every game name on my account that was in English it was turned to a strange language umm at that time i didn't know the language was Russian i was just so confused that someone was able to get passed 2 step verification and had access to log into my account which is really dumb. I changed my password then i took a look at the games the person played on my account i saw that they played "adopt me" "murder mystery 2" and "royale high" i went into the 3 games they played on my account i saw they had alot of pets on "adopt me" i don't play that game at all. When i joined murder mystery 2 nothing was off or weird so i guess they didn't play that game for long but then i tried to join royale high. And i saw i was banned. Now keep in mind that i had took a long break away from royale high because of the whole toy situation so i have not played royale high in weeks. also i don't be joining groups on royale high because im new to the game and i spent a lot of robux on game passes all i just do on royale high is farm because there is nothing else to do unless you're a content creator which i wanted to do but sadly i can't since this person got me banned for "exploiting". So with all this weird behavior that was going on with my account. I went to see if anyone tried logging into my account and to my surprise Roblox sent me an email telling me someone logged into my account 5 hours ago the location my account was logged into came from Russia i even got the IP address if anyone don't believe me i can gladly send screenshots of the email roblox sent me. Whoever this person is they logged into my account got me banned from royale high i don't even know what they did that made me get banned. yk it's very fucked me up for me rn sorry for my language and i sent royale 7 -8 emails it's been almost a week now still no response. The other fucked up part is I contacted roblox about this they told me i need to give them the username of the person who hacked into my account and i need to report them. that pissed me off so fucking much because I don't know the username of the person who hacked me I am new to roblox and that's just facts. Roblox wasn't being helpful at all they kept telling me to "block/report or give the username of the person who hacked into my account" I even sent them screenshots of the email they sent me stating that someone had logged into my account which was 5 hours ago at that time. They wasn't fucking helpful at all. When i contacted roblox believe me or not some hours later someone was in my account again even tho i changed my password but this time they managed to change my password and i was logged out of my account I was playing a game btw and i got logged out my account. I sent a password reset to my gmail and gladly got my password changed. Whoever that person was they didn't change my gmail on my account. It's was very scary and depressing to have someone log into your account get you banned from a game you love playing and for roblox to be NO HELP AT ALL i contacted them again they was still no fucking help. I told my friend what i was going thru and i had to go do my own research. My friend told me 5L and 6L usernames basically username under 10 Letters are very popular on roblox and people will go the extra mile to hire someone to hack you just for your username to scam others for money or to sell your username. My friend told me the same thing happened to him. I also i watched a video and it said if someone have your cookies on roblox they can hack into your account without needing a code if you have 2 step verification. Which is fucked up Roblox needs to fix this shit. my friend told me to change my password again and add face ID on my account. I did it then yesterday roblox banned me for 3 days they never showed me what i typed in chat that led me to get banned. All they said was i was banned for inappropriate behavior. I know it's the person who logged into my account some days ago got me banned. Cause ever since that person logged into my account and got me banned from royale high i have just been doing my research and trying to make my account more secure. It's fucking sad for me rn ngl It's just the fact that roblox been no fucking help i contacted them about the ban they don't give af and I'm scared every fucking day i wake up im worried about someone being in my account and getting me banned from games. yea it's fucked up for me rn really.

As a guy uhhh i dont play sunset island enough but the times i get dragged over to play… maybe??? I won once but i accidentally got in late and didnt have time to make an outfit but i blame that mostly on the “pick the avatar that didnt follow the theme” thing. Male avatars wouldve won 10/10 in the old RH where guys were basically swarmed because they were a guy.
