I am suprised that they do not insulate their blinds....
Pretty sure that last shot was neck or spine.
I know of a guy who raises bull elk for guides and outfitters.... funniest thing is...hold out a little feed, they walk right up to you...
And has made hunting in my home state and home county a pita lol
I don't do this just because of the loss of meat. With my 30-06, I've never had a heart/lung shot deer run very far at all. Usually just 30 yards +/-. I know I'm usually gonna lose part of one shoulder but to intentionally lose both? Nah. On the off chance I need him dropped right there, I agree, High shoulder shot but that's very rare.
What a Slob of a buck
Where do you aim at when gun hunting from deer stand do we aim low or where we want the bullet to hit
Bow or gun for first time hunter? Saskatchewan raised, still here. Born 800km north in Fort MacMurray.
This video was made with the white angle lens result again you can’t see squat it ruined the video.
Thank you for taking the limited whitetail for consideration. Fields where I used to see 20-40 head is now down to sadly maybe 5-10. Trying to manage the heard but been tough with the popularity of hunting and out of staters.
Can I use my AR for a high shoulder shot?
Whispered most of the video and couldn't make out what your saying ????????? ( voice over ).. ?? TH-cams CC is crap...

Uhh I'm from Arkansas & My 2x Great Grandmother's name was Lear McCoy born 1858 in Tennessee. She was a slave in Arkansas, IDK Where though??? WOW I've never heard anyone with that name. Especially a man sorry for that seriously. I'm just shocked, We got to begin She had one brown eye and one blue eye and she was mixed like me. 😮
How is this is damp clay soil?
It works anywhere
Shooting deer over bait not much sportsmanship there
What bolts does it take, and what does it group like.. say ... compared to a Pheonix or Ibex?
Amazon is selling them for $199
Always loved his excitement as it mirrors mine. Priceless memories acting like you when I was young. Stan the Man!
No score?
Management Deer, right!
How long was your shot? Nice deer. I'm a bow hunter in the Midwest...not much into the gun. Congrats. Good luck in the future
Only in my dreams dream lol

Advertisers should be ashamed baiting videos
Baiting in most states is illegal. That’s not hurting.
Great stuff!
WhT camo brand are ya'll wearing?
Bless you, mister. Keep On truckin'!
Depends how good shot you are. I aim slightly behind shoulders because I wanna preserve the meat. My last deer dropped instantly because I missed that aim point and hit him in the head instead.
Were. Was. This. Taken
I learned how to hunt watching DVD’s I bought from Cabela’s. He is fun to watch
How is the eye relief on this model is it forgiving? Just curious for those with & without glasses.
How come you are not wearing more orange?
Beautiful Buck, congratulations. Next time don’t carry your gun after dark. It’s illegal.
No its not.
Jim Karpowicz did a video on my deer for Bass Pro Shops 'King of Bucks' some years back and it showed on the Outdoor channel. I was able to tell the background of this hunt in pretty good detail. Most of the written articles got some facts wrong and I quit giving interviews until Jim came and did the video. Tim Lilly did the best written article I've seen for a mid-west magazine published by N.A.W. Keith Sexton KDWP was the original scorer and it was a much lower score but still was enough to be the state record. Later it was panel scored and went up to the 280 4/8. After I shot this deer I tried to just count the points, I'd get lost around 25... That's when I left to get my dad to help field dress it. We thought it's rack looked like a brush pile so that is it's real nick name, the 'brush pile buck' , I have never heard it called the turkey foot buck but I could see why some may use that term. JW
What part of Indiana...what county?
Ripcord cost me (2) big mulies and a mountain lion. The freeze up in cold weather and don't fall....I threw two in the trash.
Im kent petrys grandson and if i could comment what he said i would get banned but its pronounced pet-tree
I have read that peep height is measured at full draw and is the value of arrow to the middle of the peep.
Seriously?? Management buck?? Been a long time since I’ve watched any of NAW stuff… remember why now… lol
Welcome back. We're glad to have you along!
Well deserved to one who has done so much for deer and our understanding of this wonderful creature. Keep on trucking Dr. Kroll we need you.
Great job Dr. Kroll
I have to admit. When I first started watching NAW and Stan hunt I thought the after shot excitement was kinda fake, ya know staged for the camera. Well, now that we've ALL gotten older and wiser. I realize the dude is actually THAT excited. Congrats on a dandy buck. John L from WNY.
