Nice touch sticking the balance wires on the backwards insulation tape. Not that it’s needed here, but instead of spot welding nickel tabs to each cell, I’d use a strip to connect 2 cells at a time (not parallel of course, but the little series + to - connection, just for a little extra current carrying capacity).

I got a sotion motor with a hall sensor 6 wires I bought an encoder sensor with 7 wires can I switch them with no issues or are they married or will more power be an issue since I don't know what the encoder is rated for but the hall is rated for 37kw

I think if you put the controller in your backpack aswell, you could lower the impact of bike theft. Youd only be out the bike and e motors. Just a thought i had. Love the build btw❤
