A Joyous Wedding Ceremony Under the Chuppah | Steve & Vanessa’s Special Day l Ceremony only
Jan 11, 2025
Shalom, we are happy that you are here with us today!
Join us for a truly splendid and sacred moment as Steve and Vanessa unite in marriage under the chuppah (wedding canopy), a meaningful tradition in Jewish weddings. Officiated by Rabbi Jack Zimmerman, this ceremony highlights the rich heritage and scriptural depth of a Messianic Jewish wedding.
The ceremony includes:
✨ A chuppah adorned with a tallit, symbolizing God’s covering and presence over the couple.
✨ Traditional wedding blessings, recited by members of the congregation in English and with Cantor Juli beautifully chanting the Hebrew blessings.
✨ Scriptural roots that parallel the relationship between Yeshua, the groom, and His bride, His followers.
In a Jewish wedding, every element points to deep biblical truths. The chuppah reminds us of God’s covenant with His people, the blessings declare His favor, and the marriage act reflects the eternal unity we await with Yeshua. These traditions bring together faith, love, and community profoundly.
Experience this special day's joy, reverence, and beauty with us as we celebrate Steve and Vanessa’s covenant before God.

Where are you all located? Do you have Erev Shabbat gathering?
We are located in Scottsdale, Arizona. We do not meet on Friday nights. We meet on Sat for Shabbat and we have other Kesher groups like, messianic dance, women’s group (Ruth and Naomi), and men’s group.
Thank you all for being here with us today! Shabbat Shalom!
Lots of echos Shabbat Shalom 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
We are working on a new audio system, for lives. It may be a few weeks before we have everything running and perfected. Apologies until then. We have cathedral ceilings and that can effect the overall sound.
Amazing service and message

JEWS ARE THE CHOSEN ONES
Shalom everyone! We pray you enjoyed today’s service and that it brought fruitfulness into your lives. Shabbat shalom! 🎉
Please show the words to the songs so we at home can praise with you all!
Shalom, The words to all the liturgy are on the in-picture slides that are posted in the video. They are a grey box with a white outline. Usually on the right or left side of the screen. Or are you talking about the Tzedakah (offering) song on the piano? If so, that is a great idea that we will start doing, gladly. Its a great idea.
At 27:35 what did she mean by 'be the boss of you'? Shouldn't we be led by the Spirit of the Lord at all times?
Shalom! I will converse with her this Shabbat and get an answer for you. Apologies for the late reply.
At 19 minutes even, the slide shows that yeshua said in quotes "on these two commandments rest all of the law. Now go and learn" which is from Matthew 22:40, right? But it doesn't show the "now go and learn", have I missed something?
Shalom, apologies for the late reply. It is partly from Matthew 22:40 but also from John 8:11. In John 8:11 is tells the adulterous women to go and sin no more. When you look at the Greek it’s deeper than simply going away because the Pharisees couldn’t condemn her (as Yeshua wrote their sins in the sand for them to see and they walked away) so Yeshua wouldn’t condemn either. When you look at the wording for “go from now on and sin no more” in the Greek you will see that the deeper meaning is to go learn the cause of your sin (your separation from righteousness) and sin no more. We can not obey the command if we do not learn them. Some of the liturgy will be pulled from multiple places in scripture to form a complete thought/blessing/prayer. We hope this has helped. Shalom!
Steve you did such a wonderful job!
AMAZING Seder, Rabbi Jack. I came here tonight to share the section about the Trinity with the egg analogy. To share it with someone in my class who is having trouble with the tension of it all. Thank you for your teaching in such a beautiful and clear way. The egg explanation has truly helped me understand the Trinity and your Seder teaching has greatly opened the Bible in a way that it never has been opened for me before. I love hearing you teach and its a testament for why everyone around the world wants you to come and teach them. You truly have the annointing of God upon you! God bless you Rabbi!
Excellent message so needed today!
Shalom! We are so joyed to know you enjoyed it.
Praying for you all. Miss you and love you all. Love Krista Morris
Thank you for the prayers, Krista, we receive them with gladness and joy. We hope to see you again soon. Shalom!
I love my congregation❤️it is full of joy and love, and we have so much fun together while learning God’s word❤
Thank you, Sandie! You’re absolutely correct, we have much fun and joy together as we learn our amazing God’s word! We love you as well! Shalom!!
You are not sepose to lie, the army was also responsible for the 1400 death, Netanyahu did plan this attackNO DECAPPATATED BABYS, absolute not true, Netanyahu want his channal , so no palestinians
You are wrong and sorely misguided. Hamas and the PLO already came out and admitted they decapitated babies, burned babies alive too! The army wasn’t responsible for anything, Hamas is responsible for their actions. Stop reflecting and denying truth.
Rabbi, Thank you for putting this truth to us as a congregation! This was a very impactful sermon for me to hear. It was filled with much knowledge of the history of the issue. Thank you for being bold and courageous to put this out there for everyone to hear. You have been a great voice across the country on this, and I pray for your safety, your boldness and your fruitfulness in the Lord Yeshua be bountiful and that his שלום to always be with you always!
I've been Messianic since 2013, and in my heart before that. God bless you!
Thank you for this upload! Congrats to everyone!
