काफी बार हम सुनते है की पति पत्नी का blood group एक जैसा नहीं होना चाहिए इसीलिए शादी के वक्त भी दोनों का bloodgroup देखा जाता है। ऐसे वक्त डॉक्टर के पास जाकर consult किया जाता है की पति पत्नी का blood group एक जैसा होने से कोई समस्या हो सकती है क्या या बेबी में कोई abnormalities हो सकती है क्या ? या बार बार गर्भपात होने की सम्भावना होती है क्या ? तो आज इस बात में कितनी सच्चाई है , इस बारेमें हम जानने का प्रयास करेंगे। आज इस video में, डॉ Sunita Lodaya, पति और पत्नी का ब्लड ग्रुप एक समान हो तो क्या होगा? Blood group kitne prakar ke hote hain
Blood Group के दो component रहते है A, AB, B , O ये इन 4 types में divide हो जाते है और दूसरा component रहता है (Rh) factor | जिन लोगो में (Rh) antigen रहता है वो (Rh)+ve होते है और जिनमे (Rh) antigen नहीं रहता वो (Rh)-ve होते है।
Blood group compatibility for marriage
जब दोनों के blood group अलग होते है तो बेबी में ABO incompatibility होने की संभावनाएं रहती है। ये सबमें नहीं होता लेकिन कई बेबीज में होने के सम्भवनाए रहती है जिनमे जन्म के बाद पीलिता (jaundice ) हो जाता है और उसकी मात्रा थोड़ी ज्यादा रहती है।
जब होने वाली माँ (Rh)-ve रहती है और पिता (Rh)+ve रहते है तो बेबी को RH incompatibility होने की सम्भवनाएँ रहती है। Pregnancy में (Rh)-ve माताओको anti d injection देना पड़ता है delivery के बाद blood group की जांच की जाती है और बेबी का ब्लड group +ve रहता है तो भी माँ को वापस anti d injection दिया जाता है।
Rh incompability पहले प्रेगनेंसी में नहीं दिखाई देती पर successive pregnancy में इसकी Rh incompability दिखाई देती है। जिसमे समस्या यही रहती है की जन्म के बाद बेबी को severe jaundice होता है। इसमें बेबी तो phototherapy देना पड़ता है या कभी कभी बेबी का exchange transfusion करवाना पड़ता है। जब होने वाली माँ Rh-ve होती है और उनका abortion होता है तो भी anti d injection लेना जरुरी होता है।
इसका मतलब माँ-बाप के blood group एक जैसे हो तो, ना RH incompatibility होती है और ना ABO incompatibility होती है। इसका मतलब यह है की पति पत्नी का blood group एक ही हो तो बिलकुल घबराने की जरुरत नहीं होती है। Blood group same होने से conceive करने में कोई दिख्खत नहीं आती। Pregnant होने में और blood group में कोई संबंध नहीं होता।
शादी के वक्त जब blood group की जांच की जाती है तब उसके साथ ही hb electrophoresis जिसमे पता चलता है की आपके बेबी में हीमोग्लोबिन से संबंधित abnormalities होने के संभावनाए है क्या ? इससे हमे पता चलता है की बेबी को thelesemia होने के risk है या नहीं। हो सके तो नजदीकी रिश्तेदारों से शादी ना करे और करना ही है तो दोनों का Genetic compatibility test कीजिये इससे आप बार बार गर्भपात होना या genetic abnormalities से बच सकते है।
