The new found hobby of video production made it possible to record the memorable moments and sharing it with everyone. My current gear list: Nikon Z8, Nikon Z6 & Sony A6400, Nikon 24-70 F2.8 Z lens; Tamron 150-600 F5.6-6.3 F; Sigma 16mm F1.4 for Sony E; Sony 16-70 F4 for Sony E; SeaFrogs housing for Sony a series with dome port.

We are so excited to share this video of the whales. This is the first time we are able to capture these majestic creatures with a drone. The view from the top is simply mesmerising.

Botswana Safari | Kwando Splash Camp | Okavango Delta | Improved Edition 2021

This video takes you on a safari with me in Botswana with Kwando Splash Camp. Off the road driving is allowed in Kwando camps as they situate in a private concession in Botswana. You can get up close to the wild life which isn't possible in many national parks. This is an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. A cheetah was spotted with its kill, a leopard with its cub in a tree.

Great video! Color grading is difficult even when you know your tool. It is more art than technical thing in my opinion. I tend to over saturate and pick wrong temperature. I use gopro for my videos but I am about to start my journey with a6400 underwater so that's why I found your video. I love the pictures you took!
@@piotrklementowski7101 thank you so much! Color grading is really so hard especially when we are dealing with white balance correction as well. I didn’t know how to shoot in log at the time, but it should make things a bit easier. Still so much to learn. The a6400 will be such a great improvement to GoPro and you are going to love it. I was surprised at the time when I was looking to buy a6300 for underwater usage, I couldn’t find much info about it at all. The sigma 16mm 1.4F lens is awesome for low light with it. Enjoy!
Wow, well done. Thankyou
@@terryzanger7152 thank you for lovely comment
An amazing nature adventure video. I really enjoyed it, thanks for taking us along with you in this awe-inspiring journey. Greetings from Vancouver, BC.
@@joemwai4407 thank you so much! You live in an amazing place. So much to explore at your door step. We can’t wait to come back
Canada is more than BC and Alberta . nature and bio diversity are note luxurious in central Canada . Canada was not born out west .
Of course. There is so much more to Canada that we didn’t get to visit in a month. This is only a small part of this beautiful country.
This is a sublime video , a gift to see your family journey. I truly enjoyed seeing it through your eyes. You inspired me to travel more ❤
Thank you so much. We love sharing our experience with fellow travellers.
Fantastic advanture. I love your video
Thank you so much!
Amazing video, I really enjoyed it. Headed to Canada for the first time next week and watching this has me so excited.
Thank you. We had such an unforgettable time there. I am sure you will have an amazing experience too!
That’s how whale watching goes and is supposed to be. Never know what will happen . Just be thankful if u see any of the oceans wildlife. Went whale watching in Mexico saw many humpbacks but of course people complained “ Are they gonna jump? Can’t u make them jump?!” No! It’s the actual ocean not an aquarium! Don’t like it stay home and watc discovery channel!
Thanks for sharing!
I'm so jealous that the place you visited is so beautiful. thanks you for this beautiful video
Thank you so much. It's really nice to be able to film the trip and share the experience with everyone.
That was epic 👏👏👏
Thank you big guy!

great and well presented video, thank you for sharing it
Thank you so much :-)
Wow , is that in kwando concession ?
Yes it is :-)
👌
Hi! Your videos are truly spectacular! We’d like to offer you a collaboration. Would you be interested in discussing it?
staying here at the end of the year! hope you liked splash camp!
Hi Justin, it was an amazing experience. You will definitely enjoy every day of your stay
Nice video , which month was it ?
Hi, we visited in December, the raining season
Very professional and makes us excited to do this trip this summer.
Getting to do the bears in July.
very jealous! I will do it again when I get visit Alaska next time. How was your experience?
Best travel video we have come across. Very well done.
Thank you so much. It was my first one and I would love to be given the opportunity to redo it and make it better :-)
Your encounters with both wild dog and cheetah both threatened and needing conservation across Africa was reassuring and pleasing to see. Okovango and its surrounding areas remain a most important asset for wildlife in Southern Africa.....and the world Viva Lycoan Pictus Simon Artley Manchester UK
very precious memories indeed and very happy that the conservation area is contributing to the survival of these species.
Hi. Great video and it puts smiles watching your video. A quick question, do you know how much time and distance for a hike from charlotte pass to Blue lake and your last hike? Thank you
Thanks for sharing your adventure! I’m heading there in June 2023 and am counting down the days!! Do you mind sharing what camera gear you used? I heard you say you had a 600mm lens, but I’m curious what you took/used. The baggage restrictions are making my decision very difficult 😂 Thanks!
I am so sorry for the late response. Not sure why I don't get the comments notifications. I know it may be too late now, but still want to share that I took 2 camera bodies with me at the time: Nikon D750 and Z6. I have a Tampon 150-600 lens. Yes, the gear itself weight about 10K for my trip and I carried them as carry-on to the flight.

You are soooo brave.
You get full credit of the video and for organising the wonderful surprise
Great video. I will be doing 7 day Tanzanian safari this Sep. 3 full days in Serengeti. How many days max you recommend in Serengeti ? Also which camera and lenses you used for still photos ?
Hi Dennis, 3 days should be enough. When are you planning to go? I went during the wet season and there is probably a bit less to see though due to some part of the part being flooded and access being impossible, and the great migration has ended. we ended up going back to the same sections of the park. And it is best to stay inside the park if you can manage. I used two cameras, Nikon Z6 & Nikon D750. One with 24-70mm F2.8 lens, the other with Tamron 150-600 F2.8-5.6 .
@@manzhizheng5008 Thank you Manzhi for the detail information. I will start my safari on 12th Sep. I think it is still dry season. Nice camera kit you have. I'm using Nikon D7000 with 70-200mm Nikon lense. In addition Panasonic FZ 330. Though it was a dry season, hope you still had a good time there
@@manzhizheng5008 I wonder, if you had to cut down one park, which one it would be ? I do the same 3 parks as you but thinks of cutting it down. Did you enjoy Lake Manyara ?
@@dennisdmak hi Dennis, if I would it cut it down to two parks, I will recommend skipping lake Manyara. It is different to the other two but you’ll definitely see more animals in the other two. I would also recommend spending at least one full day at Ngorongoro crater. It is amazing
@@dennisdmak I went in the wet season so it is certainly more green. But animals are more easily spotted in dry season and road conditions are much better. We had to skip certain part of the parks due to roads being flooded
AMAAAAAZING!
Thank you 🙂
Great video. Was this primarily filled with the 6400?
Thanks Danny! This one is still most shot with GoPro 7. Photos were from a6400. I shot the Christmas trip with a6400, can’t wait to see the outcome
Manzhi Zheng really beautiful video. I think amazing experience.

Beautifully done. We are going to Splash Camp in January 2022. What month were you there? I wonder whether we will also have water activities in January.
Thank Olga. We were there for Christmas, and it was the wet season, but not too wet. Water activity should be available in January.
enjoy your trip...Olga
We'll meet there
Mantas are beautiful. I was a snorkeler looking down.
I will do it again next time. I am sure it was amazing snorkelling above them
The music is to loud it drowns the speaker (woman) out. Love the music but quietly 'shuwww' my opinion. Great viewing thank you.
I agree with you Dana. Thank you for the comment.
This was nice. I wish you had more views. I think it's because you are not coming up in the feed often enough due to YT's algorithm.
Thank you for your comments. Initially made this for myself but do hope it can reach more people. A lot to learn
A very good snapshot of the falls!
