If you’re storing these in your fridge layer them with the heartier toppings on the bottom so your lettuce doesn’t get wilted. I usually add dressing then toppings then lettuce. Looks yummy

Mixing small portions of the veggies and then putting it all in one container will save you even more time. Just pull out a premixed batch and dump it in a pan to stir fry it.

I just use room tempurature leftover pickle brine from the jar with whichever flavor profile you like (dill brine with a splash of pepperonchini brine is my fav right now) and slice the onion thin. Leave sitting out on the counter in a mason jar for 15 mins and you're golden 👍 just refridgerate after your meal. Trying them with zesty garlic dill brine this time ❤
