I have 8 plus gen 1 and the games run buttery smooth, but it gets warm when i record my gameplay, if I don't record it doesn't heat up:)
Whats your average fps and did you used monster mode?
@@shivampandey5590 well, I currently don't have any reliable fps meter, but no, I haven't used monster mode. The avg fps should be around 55-60fps, I barely get to see any frame drops and gameplay is really smooth.
@@jinx3709 I will be getting this device tomorrow so excited to play warzone 😍
Have you updated the phn does performance decreases after updating?
@@shivampandey5590 nope, rather it's the other way around. The in-game performance also improved slightly along with user experience.
I have the same snapdragon so i'm worried about the "current set load" should i care about th or does it show only how much performance it would be for every tablet/phone?
Latest gen flagship cpu and its still lagging. How?
Im playing on snap 8+gen1 phone, smooth gameplay and playing wuwa frequently🤌
Bro is more better than SD 8 gen 3 ☠️
Hello, I also have a phone on Snapdregon 8 Gen 2 (Xiaomi 13), but for some reason it sometimes freezes and there is almost always a drop in FPS to 20-30, also on ultra settings, can you advise how to fix this?
Hi, it's hard to suggest but you could do some basic troubleshooting like changing the graphics driver from developers settings or clearing the game cache. However, you should share your issues using the in-game feedback menu and uploading the logs which helps developers to address faster.
It's probably because this game is an unoptimized mess
Can you play genshin [ Poco F4]
Hi, I have upgraded to this new device hence I don't have F4 at this moment. But yea, you can play Genshin at the highest settings.
@@jinx3709 Thanks bro
This phone have green line issue or not?
I'm planning to buy OnePlus 12r, do you think that will be able to handle this game well?
Yea, same chipset so I hope so.
12r uses ufs 3.1 , while neo 9 ufs 4.0
Is iqoo neo 9 is okay too right?
Should be okay snapdragon 8-gen 2 is like the 2nd most popular and powerful processor out there. If it still fails...god forbid send this game to hell.
Runs at solid 60fps too on my OnePlus Ace 3. Glad i didn't buy the global model lmao.
Sir do more weathering waves iqooneo 9 pro gameplay im planning to buy this device this yeaar
You can go ahead and buy this device, 8 Gen 2 is a top-tier CPU and you are fine with at least 3 years.
This game was not well optimized yet, And I think your game run at 48fps to 60fps because we have same chipset
Maybe, I don't have data to back up but the gameplay experience is buttery smooth to say the least. Played the game for straight 30mins on 60fps unlocked and phone barely gets warm and battery life remains healthy.
Do you have any heat issues? Cuz with my s23 i do
No, at max settings with recording, the phone barely gets warm.
S23 is a small phone it's natural that it will heat more than other phone's also the cooling is not good as other phone's just buy a cooler u will get much better fps and less battery drain.
@@Pastagameryto90 thanks for the advice,i appreciate it
My current 9th gen iPad can’t handle this but iqoo seems to handle it perfectly, quite nice but gonna have to wait till next year to buy this phone.
What iqoo? Iqoo 12 or any of the neo series?
@@justaguy2023 I think any iqoo phone with sd 8 gen 2 or above will do good enough (look at processor ranking for further reference)
Is your phone global rom or Chinese rom? Cuz in your description it says your Iqoo neo 9 pro's chipset is 8gen 2.
Yes, the global version is having SD 8Gen2.
@@jinx3709 oh thank you, so what would you prefer when it comes to playing wuthering waves in long term use, the Chinese rom or the Global rom iqoo neo 9 pro ?
@@jamessaloma8272 I wouldn't go for dimensity 9300 cuz it has heating issues, for gaming Snapdragon is always preferred due to better GPU and wider software support.
@@jinx3709 wdym, iqoo neo 9 pro got overheat after 7 minutes of active gaming at max settings. I have the same phone.
@@VSPRNX hi, I don't know what the issue is with your device but I never experienced heating even in summer at 35-40°C. This video was recorded at a very high ambient temperature and I never felt the heat or performance issue.
Don’t stop uploading It's useful for people who want to buy this phone
LoL never trust miui fps meter. Total bogus. Its shows 2x fps of original one. Basically if game's running at 45 fps its shows 90 fps.
how can I find out the temperature of my phone without an external thermometer?
Its running 60-85 fps on max.
If I am using celluler connection,i got the problem in 15-20 minutes, but if I am using wifi there's no problem under 40 minutes or more
Do you think the 6 Ram one works the same?
It should work similarly, with a few hiccups if you push the boundaries
Doesn't look 60fps to me
Did you chooce 720p 60fps on youtube? Because on my poco f4 i get 60fps highest
@@AlexAlex-bh8fi already mate
Because it isn't. MIUI 14 introduced a new bug where fps while recording is capped at 120 and doesn't show the framerate of the current layer, but rather of the ui (or so I thought). Generally speaking MIUI 14 is terrible performance wise.
How did you achieve 70 fps? I'm thinking about buying the 6/128 version, will I be able to play at those same fps?
divide the fps by 2 and u get the actual fps
Its a glitched framerate. The game is still capped at 60.
Bro how's the performance
I wanna buy f5 but I don't have that much money lol☠️ So i guess I'll buy f4 cus my phone can barely play any game
Hi! Hope you notice me. I really want to fetch the f5 but it cost a lot. Should I wait till the price is lower or just buy f4?
Hello, POCO F5 is undoubtedly the better one and it also helps you to play other high-end games like CarXStreet, RainbowSix at slightly better FPS, and it gets additional 1 year software support. But imo, I'll wait for POCO F6, which is rumoured to be coming with SDG2.
@@jinx3709omg tq for noticing. Sure! Tq for your suggestion🤗
Hi did u do any tweaking to this device or just the same when it comes out?
Hello, I didn't do anything.. it's just a stock phone. Previously I was barely getting 50fps at max but after the 4.2 update suddenly I've seen such high performance out of the blue.
Bro, genshin is locked at 60fps, there is no "unlock" to run with more fps, to do this, mihoyo need to release, without it you cant run above 60fps. Idk why, but its showing wrong fps, and 870 not run at 60fps stable unfortunately, i can say it bcz i have it lel
Hi, I'll recommend you to read the description first.
@@jinx3709false. I have exactly the same phone and framerate is capped at 60 for every single android device, including POCO F4. You're saying that you can "feel" the higher framerate, but its simply placebo. The game is still capped at 60.
Do you have joyose installed or uninstalled?
it is installed by default.

Can I ask how much ram and storage do you have
It's 8/256GB version
Does its get hot if it lasts more than 2-4 hours non stop playing honkai?
It obviously gets warm, but not hot I'd say.. surface temp. stays around 42-44°C
Do you play with cooling fan ?
No, I don't.. the chipset stays warm as you can see from the temp. meter
Did you update your phone to MIUI 14? Is their big difference of fps?
Yes I did, there is no difference.
How my new F4 gets very hot in genshin like 45°C
It might be you have disabled joyose
I'm getting an offer for the f4 and x4 gt for the same price. I wanna get the f4 but the 5nm Dimensity 8100 is really attractive. According to my research D8100 isn't that far from sd 870, it can only do slightly better than the snapdragon. What's ur viewpoint? Will there be a big performance gap in the long run, temperature and stability wise. I'm planning to get it for consuming media and genshin only.
well, the difference between D8100 and SD870 on paper may favor Dimensity but I prefer Snapdragon varient due to two major reasons: Optimization and Driver support.
@@jinx3709 how's the dongle that came with the f4 box. Is the sound quality good? Or do u recommend buying a new dongle.
@@raymakbutwithmoustache6413 yes, as good as you expect it to be, not any typical cheap converter.

Does it get hot fast?
No, even with everything set to max and screen recording on it doesn't heat up as you can observe from the power monitor tool. You can play for hours on it but yes battery life will be affected, it's best to set to 30fps and enjoy both visual and uptime
do you think i should get this phone ?

I usually play highest@30FPS and I get just over 4 hours of continuous play. Considering the 4500mAh battery it's very solid, hope this helps.

I guess, there may be around 5% drop on performance but more or less it's going to be pretty similar.
