I wish that I even had the opportunity to unmute my microphone, but Webex doesn't even detect a microphone. I don't have an external mic, so I'm trying to use an internal mic on my Mac. Webex can't even find it. Have you experienced this scenario?

My Jabra headset is working with Facebook, Ms Teams Meetings and others. But it doesn't just work with Webex Meetings. I don't know what to do.

Where are you getting the names from or the DL? Is it intergated with Microsoft Active directory or Azure or Exchange?

Okay leaving this here in case anyone knows how to fix this issue or I'll edit it if I find a fix for it: My mic is built in to my headphones and yes they do work, there's no problems with the settings, I can use it on MS Teams Meeting just fine but for some reason, every time I open Webex, it just doesn't work. Thank you for pointing out the levels visible on the mic account, I've always felt my class hasn't been hearing me and yeah that confirmed it hahah. Now the thing is it works normally before I join the meeting, I always go to the webex audio settings, do the playback test and it works, I can hear myself, but after I join a meeting, I unmute the mic and it just picks up nothing, only specifically inside the meetings themselves. I have a Logitech G933s fyi

Hey guys I have this weird problem that my bluetooth earphones don't connect with webex. Wired or without it works perfectly. I've checked all settings and selected my headset in audio settings. Still doesn't work.

No matter where I go or what I do, I cannot stop webex from starting when windows10 starts up. 1st - I disabled in task manager don't work - its like a virus that re-enables webex. 2nd I went to settings there's a checkbox that lets you enable or disable at startup - doesn't work!!! Whether it's checked or unchecked it still starts at startup... Right now I am uninstalling the webex VIRUS from my computer. All the information browsing I did for webex has not helped me at all... repeating processes does not stop this program from starting... advice is totally useless and all the information I browsed made it sound so simple... this program is faulty - this program is NOT worth putting on your computer at all... All you people have no idea what's really going on. DO NOT INSTALL until they fix this issue...

i have discovered when in a meeting, if you choose the option to turn off cameras under the participants tab it also takes away the host's ability to use the camera. is there any way to use this feature while still being able to present?

Just go to sound click on Microphone Properties go to Additional Settings and just go to "levels" and boost it to max mine had 1% max reach on sound now its 100%
