Bobcat AT450 saves me time!

Using the Bobcat AT450 on the slopes saves a bunch of time. Compared to the alternative of weed eating, I’ll take the extra payment haha. It’s been a beast for me so far! Any questions, feel free to comment. Please like and subscribe for more content with the new go pro!
I'm going to hope that Bobcat will have this on display at NFMS. It would be good to see them get the same attachments as Ventrac. Question though: how long does it take to add/remove the extra tires and are you using a wheelspacer?
I own the Ventrac 4520, those types of mowers are badass but you still have to be careful. That steep you’re much better going up & down. Sucks with the fence in the way.
Keep the videos on this machine coming please. I’m very interested in purchasing one
Really been thinking about getting this machine for my farm.
Dang!!!! Looks like an awesome machine!
I have the Steiner 450 (same machine) and same mowing deck. You should have 6 weights with that deck
Good God stop with all the B.S
lol
That slope footage scared the hell out of me. Had me on the edge of my seat
What is the angle of that slope? I have a 900 ft drainage swale on my property that I mow with my Steiner 440. Max angle on the sides is 22 degrees (measured by lev-o-gauge on tractor and using a 2x4 with a level and speed square to be sure). You can mow lengthwise to save time with the quads and proper weights, and the weight transfer to the mower. I hope Bobcat improves the Steiner. I LOVE mine, but it is tempermental for maintenance. Eats belts, lots of loose bolts from the factory, poor maintenance ergonomics (I had to pull the radiator to tighten the belt for the hydraulic pumps) and poor placement of certain items (hydraulic oil overflow/refill always caked with grass, difficult to refill and maintain cleanliness). As more reports like yours roll in, and I get some maintenance reports, who knows I may upgrade to the Bobcat! Thanks for the video!
Thanks for the comment! These slopes vary between 20-30 degrees. Some I can take side to side, some up and down but the Bobcat handles them well. The last company that mowed this property had 6 guys weedeating, while I can get most of all the spots they couldn’t with this machine which saves me a bunch of time. So far so good, I agree hopefully Bobcat makes a statement, time will tell!
What’s the fucking oil plug size holy shit
Does the bobcat have the same things as the vent does
Yes, they are very similar. Bobcat doesn’t have as many attachments right now but I’ve heard they can be interchangeable.
Yes you can use ventrac attachments on bobcat. Bobcat smart
Never showed the drain ply location.
What oil filter did you use?
How does the drain plug work, how do I get drain open
Where did you get your striper kit at? Thanks!
From the local scag dealer!
How you liking that stripe kit?
Works great, wish I would have paid a little more and got a tiger cat or cheetah with the velocity deck on it though.
