Ugh I’ve played a fan game with a minimum friendship evolution in it and it was almost impossible to get T^T like even aside from being mean it’s just really difficult to level up a Pokémon with 0 friendship since even having it in your party and leveling up raises friendship

Is it possible to get a pokemon to minimum friendship? Their friendship stat goes up by literal walking, i don't think that it's even possible to get your pokemons friendship that low
Yes It is! Moves like frustration works with that :)
My only issue with Hissey is that the evolution method itself would be _miserable_ to pull off. Friendship evolutions usually get dunked on for being miserable to do, but this would be even worse. Every step you take with your Pokémon increases their friendship, among many things. So you’d either have to have some EXP candies on you after wasting a lot of money on medicine to lower its friendship, or risk walking too far into the grass in case you accidentally make it more friendly towards you. Otherwise, all really cool ideas and designs 👍
