Cubs having fun with mom
The central pride were found on a kill during an early morning game drive in the Pilanesberg National Park. The cubs were having loads of fun playing around and climbing on the lioness.

While out on one of our afternoon game drives we came across two Kudu bulls testing their strength.

While out on a morning game drive we got to spend some time with a pride of lions that have three cubs. They went to drink water and then headed off to some shade but not before playing around first.
You never know who is watching you!

On one of our morning game drives, we came across a female warthog with her piglets. She had no idea that there were eyes on her and her little ones. Once the lions broke their cover the warthogs ran in all different directions. The lions seemed to manage to catch one of the piglets as there was quite a lot of commotion in one of the thickets they had run into.

While sitting at one of the dams in the Pilanesberg National park during a morning safari we came across a pride of lions. They were relaxing until a big bull rhino decided to come for a drink. The juvenile lions in the group didn't realize that a rhino is not something you mess with and he is big when you get up close.

A couple of weeks ago Khuli Chana and his team came to film part of the music video for his song 'Ichu' featuring Cassper Nyovest inside our balloon. It was great fun working with them and the results were fantastic. They were kind enough to share a video of behind the scenes with us.

On a hot summer afternoon the best place to find elephants is at the waterholes. This heard was having loads of fun playing around in a small waterhole in The Pilanesberg National Park.

A hippo not having a very good day

This Hippo was happily grazing until a herd of elephants spotted him and chased him right back into the water. Seen while out on a game drive with Mankwe GAMETRACKERS in the Pilanesberg National Park.
Activity around a white rhino bull that was unfortunately poached earlier this year.

Not something we like to see... a rhino killed and butchered by the hands of man. This white rhino bull was poached in the park earlier this year. The jackals and brown hyenas made sure that within a few days there was very little left of this once magnificent animal.

The new kids on the block! We have been so so lucky the last few days as this pride with their three newest members has been hanging around a dam in the southern section of the reserve. Usually cubs this small are hidden in a safe place away from the pride by their mother.

Some real cuteness on an afternoon game drive in the Pilanesberg National Park. We have shared a lot of special moments with some of the Golfers taking part in the NGC (Nedbank Golf Challenge) this weekend at Sun City. This was one of those special sightings... two lionesses with 5 cubs three of which were very small.

While out on a game drive (safari) in the Pilanesberg National Park in South Africa. These two bulls met up and had a lot to say to each other. We got to watch their greeting and them pushing each other around.
