    I own a CLASS 3B 905 nm max output and wonder if the smaller spot size would deliver the same results as a class 4? Even though I own laser and use it in my clinic it is confusing and here to learn more for a future system.

    I am a philosopher and has tried laser therapy myself now about a year. I came to try this aspect of medicine because I am seeing many TV ads that a clinic here is advertising. Thinking that this therapy may have the opportunity to function, I went to Amazon and purchased a not-so-expensive device for myself. People report that the devices are working for them. Well, I can tell you that lllt are very good for pain and many problems. Sometimes in only a few minutes. I read the information written by doctors who use then in their therapy. Fron chiros to specialists in Medicine. Most people who purchase the portable type machines say that they work. Almost more than 90% of those who use these type of machines report positive reports. Don't be deceived, even the $20 pencil like devices, if powerful enough, are effective.

    I am confused by covering the glasses with both outer sections uncovered at 18:54. This configuration does not isolate the two hemispheres, whereas covering both eyes on the same side. both left or right. will isolate the two hemispheres. Where do I go wrong??

    • @lasertherapyinstitute
      @lasertherapyinstitute ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a great question. These glasses work when the patient looks to the side rather than straight ahead. Other studies have used glasses that were blocked in the manner you're describing and that seems to work also.

      @@lasertherapyinstitute It would seem that this result would, on its face, negate dual-mind theory. Except that perhaps the lateral eye connections to the brain are somehow influenced by that hemisphere before it is shared to the other hemisphere. What is the result when the lateral half of each eye is covered and the central half of each is uncovered??? If a different result, then why??? The central eye communications are also shared, however with a longer path and lag time having to go through the optic chiasma. Cutting the corpus callosum would, of course, deny this sharing and result in the pronounced outcome that is observed.

    I'm not in the medical field, but I am knowledgeable when it comes to PBMT. I have an Avant LZ30z. Its a 3b laser but can deliver about 1 joule a second. I have had great success treating myself, but I am not seeing any results in treating my arthritic dog. Do you think the same answer applies to our furry friends?
