Are you an adventure seeker?
Do you love mountain biking the best trails around?
How about trail running in epic zones or hiking for views all year round?
Setting goals and destroying them? Or maybe forgetting them? Hahaha
If that sounds like you, chances are we are very similar and I would love nothing more than to share these experiences with you!!
Come along for the ride, run, hike or gym session as we train our way to achieving our goals all year long and have a riot doing it!
We will hike into the Alpine of Beautiful British Columbia, run some epic single track until our legs give out or cross the finish line and ride our bikes on the best trails the PNW has to offer all in the name of progression and staying young.

Riding Thornhill
It's been a while since I've uploaded a video, or even ridden my bike for that matter. My back was giving me grief but I've also been super occupied building trails and trying to buy a home.
Needless to say its been a long 3-4 months and I'm back riding more and can't wait to share more of those rides again.

2020 WRAP UP

2020 WRAP UP I spent most of 2020 with a back injury and this has definitely limited the amount of riding I wish I could have done. Back injury aside I'm feeling better now and am actually looking forward to what 2021 has in store. building trails, riding bikes and having a blast with awesome people. Cheers to those already in 2021 and cheers to those waiting for the ball to drop. Thank you all...

I managed to sneak a ride in a couple weeks while my back was feeling good with Flow Mountain bike apparel and Bern Unit. I may throw a longer edit up of the whole ride later when we had Bern unit out front. Been out with a torn ligament in my lower back and this ride didn’t help hahaha but it was worth it, conditions were MINT and the boys sure can shred. Looking forward to recovery and next s...

Eagle Mtn The Dentist Throwback 10 Years I remember when I got my first helmet cam! It was a GoPro Hero.... that’s right, the very first GoPro hahaha you don’t see much of that type of footage these days. But I uploaded a video of me riding a local trail on my girlfriends YT channel and it got a couple thousand views... but why? The quality is bad, the colours were crap and the riding really is...

Great straightforward video! Thank you
Thanks for watching! I’m glad it was helpful.
I get eyebrow cramps😂
Hahaha I’ve had some of those actually
How is blud not screaming at the top of his lungs rn 😟
What caused it?
I had just been out for a long ride. Nothing crazy
Thats on burke right?
It certainly was
No way 😩
Walk it off son, walk it off
Dont know why i got a cramp and it felt like a massage for me no cap
🤮🤮🤮 I have Charlie horse as well
How did you not scream I would be ready to call the paramedics is it P.A.D?
I always have bad cramps in my legs feet and hands. I can never fully flex because it's over if I do.
It looks like it hurts
How are you not screaming and crying? Even Men with high pain tolerance are weak to this, its better to let the emotions out
No need to scream and cry haha I’ve had more painful cramps so this one wasn’t too bad.
damn youre handling those like a champ. only time ill legit scream in agony is after a night out drinking and i get one of these the next morning
Great video just planning to purchase this 2023 X2 and it's perfect timing to watched your tips😊😉
Me when after i yank it (i was dehydrated)
Ouch😅
Mine did this when I took c4. Tossed the whole bottle in the trash.
Interesting actually because I cramped really bad during a race after taking C4… never took it agin.
If I remember correctly, it’s not the C4 that causes this but rather a mixture of dehydration and lack of certain essential vitamins in the body.
The fact that he’s not screaming proves that this guy is so powerful that he could overthrow the government of a small country by sneezing
Hahahaha that’s priceless, not powerful just used to cramping
Pull your first big finger of leg quality
This is excruciating to watch🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣
Leg cramps feel like gunshots. You'll never know what gunshots actually feel like, but you can bet that they feel like this
I know how it feel . 2 time. Fucking 2 in night😢
@@PROi2oand….Does it feel like a leg cramp?
I was playing football with my friends when this torturous experience hit me like a truck. It felt like they were piercing my calf with a drill.
When you get up after gaming for 24 hours
Bro his calf is inverted
Bro is a seasoned veteran if he isn't screaming at the top of his lungs
I’m definitely a victim of frequent cramping, haven’t gotten to the bottom of it yet.
Just start hitting the crap out of your other leg. It actually helps with the pain for some reason
i screams like a 3 year old baby when this happens to me in the neck
The first I had this I didn't scream at all but I was cringing so hard though😂😂
Exactly my thoughts
Idk whether its good or bad. But everytime when i get a cramp, i was trying to press that area hard and giving it a hard massage to that area. By doing that i cant feel any pain 😮
Thanks for the video I just purchased the 2023 edition for my 2020 levo alloy and this video is going to be my how to guide 😊
AWESOME!! Thanks for watching man, I appreciate it. 🍻 happy trails.
Tbog
Cool, it certainly is.
Hopefully I’m gonna be able to start rebuilding it in a couple weeks. If I have my way it’ll be bigger and better than ever. Just gotta figure out which features to bring back.
Do it man!! I got approval probably 1.5 years ago now hahaha I haven’t had time at all to get out. I started at the top because they want to see drainage and armouring before approving any features. There’s a couple shovels up there. I walked through with Karaleen and we talked about a plan. You can rebuild everything, just make them bigger hahaha needs ride arounds and approval.
theyre Too Big!!
If only they were bigger!! Haha 🍻
I get these a lot and the twitching is 24/7 but on rare occasions I get severe cramp both calves but then the hamstrings and the arches of my feet. Condition is called benign cramp fasciculation syndrome. Can be annoying.
Oh wow, yeah that seems a little more intense than what I get. Mine are usually brought on by exercise and dehydration. When I push my body to the limit I start cramping all over some times but I’m trying to find a way to combat it with breathing and supplementation.
@@mtbbones quinine is supposed to be good and bananas might help. Quinine u can get from tonic water and potassium from bananas but you might want to check that information first I'm no medical expert.
How painful is it out of 10
100😭
Over 9000
Usually a 5 or 6
How are you not screaming ahah, I just had one and damn near cursed everyone close to me
Hahaha just grit my teeth and breath so it hopefully stops 🤣
@mtbbones Bro really has balls of steel to say "just grit your teeth"
Ohhhh looks so painful😭
I used to get those whenever i lied down in bed after a workout. It was bad enough to occupy my mind and grab my leg until it was over, but it never got any worse than that.
Same I be waking up at like 3 and do point my foot or sum shit and it hurts like a bitch for like 15 secs but I just like extend my leg and I’m chillin
how tf u not screaming rn
Hahaha I’ve had a lot of cramps, just gotta breathe through them 😆
My morning doggie run hill😁👍
So glad I found this video. This was one of my favorite lines. I was so heart broken when this got removed. Pretty much all my favorite trails were deemed to dangerous and removed
Thanks for watching man! It was in pretty rough shape even when I took this video. It’s not even a trail anymore BUT I do have approval from TORCA to rebuild it. I just don’t have time right now and it’s a massive undertaking. The dream is to do it justice and rebuild bigger than ever.
@@mtbbones yea I remember right after the storm that made the biggest mess of it. But there was still a lot of features left untouched or quick fixable. I hike my dog up thete ecerynow and then. I hope hope you build something cool out of it, be great to hit a new line. I been riding Woodlot and Thornhill lately. They the closest trails to me now. I moved to Maple Ridge from N.Van. Bit of a change for me as I was living off Mt.Hwy on Argyle, so Fromme was right there in riding distance.
Thornhill and woodlot are great. Thornhill is awesome after work for some quality laps. Being at the base of fromme would be hard to move away from haha.
@@mtbbones I hit Thornhill in the morning before work, tires out the pup. I brimg him to work with me.
Ok I am playing to replace my rock shock deluxe r and do I need to buy a 210x50 or can I remove spacers from a bigger size, I’m so confused
Every dad ever: just stand up
🤣
But it actually works very well ngl
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’ve just had the worst leg cramp I’ve ever had. Like back to back to back for a good 10 minutes. I did all the tricks and it’s still so painful I can’t even sleep.
This is legit how to stop every calf cramp. It works every time
Thank you for making this video
Aren't you supposed to set compression and rebound AFTER setting up your sag and not before? th-cam.com/video/JVMcpdA8Dzk/w-d-xo.html
i learned a ton...it will help me maintain my float thank you
I’m happy to hear that! Thanks for watching.
I've got to at least give you a thumbs up for having to live next to that noise. LOL Good video mate! Cheers!
Hahaha thanks man, I have since moved to a much quieter area 😂 cheers 🍻
Do you feel this helmet falling on your glasses?
Good stuff. Don’t mean to change the subject but what’s the name of the fender you use up front? Looks like a good one. Thanks
Thanks for watching man. My fender is a Mucky Nuts. It’s pretty good at keeping the crap out of your face.
Hello, I have a 2021 trek slash 9.7. My current shock is a fox DPX2 230x62.5mm. If I purchase a 2021 Fox float x2 230x65mm, will it work with no problems? Or will I need to remove/add spacers? (They don’t make the float x2 in 230x62.5mm) Thank you.
1-10 how bad was it?
Hahaha I would say it was an 7.5-8 I’ve had worse for sure 😂
@@mtbbones it looks painful asf 😂
It seems only guys w beefy calfs get them, of I go by wat I see on yt
@@Defender78 my calves are beefy but not very muscular like this 😂I think it’s more the muscly calves get them coz of the tension they’re in tbh but idk
🤣 who knows, I’ve started dabble with salt water and electrolyte mixes to avoid cramping…. So far so good.
Wtf is up with the screaming?
HAHAHA neighbour kids having too much fun. Thanks for watching 🍻
Way to apply the pressure 👀
Thanks man that's a grate video !
Thanks for watching buddy! I hope it helped. 🍻
