👋.. There are definitely areas more frequented by tourists, and there are also many areas in the Shores, & Ponce that are also packed with locals. The positive is that locals have options and can choose from many beautiful beaches to enjoy their day. Thank you for stopping by. 🌊🌊🌊🌊

@386realestate Ironically, the family had a condo at Beacon Point in Ponce Inlet in the mid 80's. I think they otherwise lived in Winter Park (70's). She's lived in Longwood since the 80's.

@@MuniTechnology Yes, we definitely see many Winter Park, Lake Mary, Longwood, Winter Springs, Windermere, residents enjoying the beaches in Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach, and Daytona Beach Shores. It's super convenient as many leave work on Friday and drive less than 1 hour to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean.

And the true Locals cant stand all the New Yorkers moving down bringing the crap with them!They have Jersey Shore! Stay up there!
