To save time and have healthy options try cooking more food and freezing half so you can throw it in microwave when you need food. Also i supplemented milk with first child and never sterilized just throw all in dishwasher. Only thing i made sure rinsed quickly bottles and parts so they do not get crusty .

As an aunty lol dont feel guilty, my 2yo nephew gets put in a playpen with a fitted sheet ontop and some toys with Ms Rachel on the TV so i can nap with peace of mind 😂 i babysit him 4 days a week for my sister lol it's not like you're sleep with liq bottles or drgs all around you 🤷🏻‍♀️ Take a rest for your 🔴 girl 😂❤

Better to lay them flat so they have range of motion with their neck. So many babies today with permanent neck issues and flat back of tge heads with these new chairs, parents have no idea.

My periods are usually worse altho...I have changed my diet and found that I have fewer "attacks" and my periods aren't as bad...but I kinda noticed after eating certain things I would have a endo "attack" minr effects my back and legs its weird...um but yea not that this helps but I hope it does...I miss eating some things but I don't at the same time.
