I'm glad NS 8100 got to pull the final NS 256. I wasn't able to see it as it left KC at 2am-ish, hence why I never bothered to look for RoadRailers after 2014. NS discontinued all of them except these two in 2015, and I'm surprised 255 and 256 last nine years longer

I say there should be a cowl unit version of that Metra locomotive. Cowl Units are aesthetically Pleasing when pulling Either Freight or Passengers.

They actually take trains out on the tracks from the museum? I've been avoiding going to the IRM because it looks like they only have a few tracks at the museum itself and a small loop, but this looks like they left the museum grounds altogether.
This is all museum owned track and they use it pretty much daily
UP 7400 past Rochelle at 8:51 on CNASH9 to Sheboygan wi and is taking the Geneva sub. Trailing 2 of 2
