Hobart Christmas Pageant was held on Saturday 23 November 2024 and it certainly was a fabulous event full of color and energy.
The debutant of Bluey and a warm spring day brought thousands to Hobart’s CBD to watch the 42nd Myer City of Hobart Christmas Pageant.
An estimated crowd of around 35,000 turned up to watch global megastar Bluey, the Terrapin puppets and reigning NBL champions the Jack Jumpers in the parade for the first time, along with all the usual much-loved performance groups, sporting clubs, multicultural organisations, community groups and marching bands.
