I love this! I’d like a few pieces to be less discordant. I feel like the overall sense of each film is jarring. A melodic intrinsic film could intercept the abstract and make the overall concept feel less overwhelming. Intertwining beauty with random sensations might be more easily absorbed. Thank you for bringing this to light for all of us! It’s truly a gift

Thanks to Seth Boustead and Access Contemporary Music I had the honor of writing a musical portrait of The First Church of Deliverance. This Chicago institution represents a vital part of my musical DNA. I titled the solo piano music, Deliverance. initially I wanted to write music for B-3 organ, singers, and tambourine because of the significance of those three instruments, relative to First Church of Deliverance history. But the covid-19 virus prohibited us from using singers. Thanks to Divine intervention I wrote for solo piano, especially for Dr. Thomas Wade Jefferson. Thomas is one of the foremost interpreters of gospel music, as you hear here. Hope you enjoy my song about the building that is Bronzeville's First Church of Deliverance--Regina Harris Baiocchi
