Thanks for your comment. This can be achieved a few ways, one is to use conditional call forwarding (done through your service provider) where the normal number e.g. office landline or mobile forwards the call to your assistant after x amount of rings or outside business hours. This can also be achieved if your business telephone system is VoIP based, can again forward the call onto the assistant at certain times of the day.

I'm a big believer in learning through action! Start by doing various small automation and work towards larger more complex automation. Then begin tying in voice AI within those automation and you can pretty quickly build your knowledge in this area. I'm by no means the most knowledgeable in the area but I find continued experimentation helps tremendously in learning new tech 🙂

Indeed, transient are temporary assistants. You are correct in saying a new assistant is not made every time. Even though the assistant can stay the same with transient assistants, each request still requires full configuration, which has a higher api payload. This in turn allows for more room for errors when compared to a persistent assistant. With a persistent assistant, we are also now referencing by it's unique ID, easier to log post call analytics... @@jonasmassieAI I would have to disagree. If you have some data on it that would be great. i only use transient assistants, and have never had that problem. If the JSON never changes and the varibales never change I am not understanding how it is a "full" requests - or different then any other API call. Also you can do the same with a transient assistant. Just becuase it does not have an ID does not mean it can't be tracked. I have been doing this with one/two way records since my start wit VAPI.

Yeah I totally agree, I use transient based setups for certain applications and persistant for other application. I'm not saying you have to use one or the other, I believe you should use both : ) In fact my last cold calling video I used a transient assistant :) However, when using transient assistants for cold calling, I found my assistant overview data to be inconsistent and inaccurate compared to using a persistent assistant.

@@SerenityMusicOasis yes absolutely this is possible. You can transfer using squads, where each assistant in a squad can act as a destination to transfer to.

Great question, cost price with Vapi + Telecom fee was around $50. Absolutely crazy!

This automation is quite simple, the webhook receives VAPI's end of call reports, then sends the transcript from the EOC report to the GPT assistant seen in the video :) The assistant takes the transcript, segments the analysis into user sentiment, engagement, outcome and keywords. From there we just update the spread sheet with those metrics.

PAYG account does have a concurrency limit of 10 calls. At an enterprise level you don't have this limit of 10.

VAPI does have a concurrency limit of 10, but you can add a 'sleep' module in make after 10x calls to bypass this concurrent limit.

or alternatively, at an enterprise level this wont apply.

You just need to adapt to the changes thats it 😊

Make has a function called 'format date'. Can use that in your google calendar module. Just have to specify the date format.

If a person answers (depending on the use case), you may run them through a series of qualification questions. At scale e.g. Batch Campaigns this would allow a business to prospect and qualify far more efficiently... If the user doesn't answer you may choose to leave a voice mail. The assistant is not talking to multiple people at once, this is a scenario of creating an instance of the same assistant for each user. Hope this answers your question :)

Replit would allow for more extensive control over an assistants function. However, now that manychat has a GOT-integration this may be best for less extensive application. I'm not so familiar with the new manychat...

@@grizzelyB you can easily set the scheduling settings In make. From there you can choose what time and / or date you want the operation to run (making the calls).
