Upgrade as follows: 1. R10 - added hydraulic oil cooler, chanege from 2 post to 4 2. R15 - added counter weight, built-in travel motor with 2 speed 3. R18 - change from mechanical to pilot control on adjustable chassis 4. R350 - change from stationary armrest to flip up style

Hello Cliff. I live in North Idaho about 2 hours drive from the Canadian border. I didn't know that I needed a mini excavator until I used one for the first time. It was a Takeuchi TB235-2 with the open cab, and hydrologic thumb that I rented. Since then I realized that I could benefit in owning my own excavator. Watching many TH-cam videos, I ran across a channel by "Mike Festiva" who recently purchased an R319, and posting videos using the machine . I'm impressed, and subscribed to your channel.

Good info about the upgrades and models, thanks for posting. The four post sun shade is a good thing. My Rippa R319 has the two post and it bounces a lot when traveling. I’m probably going to add the rear posts to strength it more. I’m looking forward to seeing more videos.

Nice video, it would be good to see more detailed videos of the manufacturing / building process of each specific model, to understand more about each one and how they differ. I bought a R319 about 8 months ago and so far I really like it, there have been many changes to that model since I bought mine. Some changes have been good and some changes have been not so good like Rippa removed the cross bar that goes across the rear frame to protect the track motors and stiffen the rear frame. Ps I have made many videos about my Rippa and my experiences with it.

@@CliffYu-ze7ep на основном ковше у вас что? Сменные коронки, зубья на болтах. Когда они стираются их меняют. На рыхлителе его нет. А он нужен чтобы разрывать твёрдые породы. То есть за день он сточится и придётся что то наварить или выкинуть.
