Oh so you're just reacting to his video. I thought you were going to like talk to him or something.... Sorry I don't know you obviously never seen this channel before but it looks like asmon gold reactions. Maybe u have some good advice. But it's a pet peeve of mine when someone uploads someone else's entire video and then commentates on it. I would be much cooler with it if you linked to the video and I'd be even be cooler with it if you link to the video and told people to go watch it and then come back and only showed certain scenes that you wanted to commentate on. Obviously in this case the original video probably has more views than this one. But still it feels like the principal that matter to me. It's hard to make a video it's easy to watch a video and talk about it. Now you're betraying yourself as an editing expert and maybe you are . But still again I'd be cooler with the examples I gave. Just saying I like the idea of talking about editing on a channel .. I just don't like re uploads. I think there's a balance to be found.

His process isn't uncommon. Starting with audio is very common if the edit is largely driven by VO and also has a specific total running time it has to meet. My guess is he learned a professional workflow while at the marketing agency (the export to ProRes is another clue that he learned a Pro workflow somewhere). Ads and other marketing materials often have specific TRT they must adhere to (ie. 30 second commercial), so starting with the VO, bites and music to cut to TRT, then start adding video on top plus SFX. Nice recap of his work.

Nice video! As someone who grew up playing Minecraft even when it was only a beta in 2008, this movie looks NOTHING like Minecraft. It looked rushed, inaccurate and super lazy. Doesn’t even make sense to combine real life w animated. The teaser almost has 2 million dislikes!!! Insane haha

This is a banger video, I recommend finding a way to name this format for ether thumbnail and title so it can be connected to your channel, not sure if you ran an A/B test on this video but a thumbnail that better shows that this is a video breaking down super specific things in certain videos, also you should start the video breaking down a super crazy part of the video and then give the breakdown on who the creator is. Just my thoughts sick video and beyond just my own channel I help some other channels with their packaging too. Great work banger video🫡

What a trip to see a reaction like this to a video of mine! I've never had someone go this in depth into actually breaking down what I do. You did a fantastic job explaining the thought process and specific effects I actually used. I caught myself nodding along to the video like "yup yup he got it" haha. I really appreciate your kind words and how you presented this as a whole, I'm honored to have been showcased. Also two last things: 13:32 killed me LOL, sniffing out a sponsored segment is something I do all the time when watching TH-cam. and 19:39 was a One Piece reference (since I said it out loud), lil easter egg for anyone who knows the show :)
