I thought I would have a practise run at creating some spray painted planets after nearly 3 decades of going no where near a can of paint. @abeonthehill166 The rubbish that was dropped, was picked up in front of him and put in the bin, but then the agent claimed that it was not the right rubbish and what was dropped blew away in the wind. Just like the police, these goons work from a script to try and make their case.

I think the problem here is that the wardens are given a target to issue so many tickets and they will use any excuse to do so. If there job depends on targets then they are not impartial and should not be enforcing the law
Dude the police handles criminal matters, this is civil, they have no time for this, argue the fine in court and leave the police alone.

One for wasting Police time and the second doing a U-turn across 3 lanes of live traffic for a none emergency.

This is not an Environmental officer's job! He's probably an Environmental Police officer or agent.

I dropped a cigarette end on the floor at Durham services.... I picked it up and apologised, I didn't give him my details but he obtained them from my licence plate, I had to pay £250 fixed penalty fine. The moral of my story is DON'T LITTER!

The only crime I saw in that clip was the police parking on a bus stop.. but in view of the absolute plonker that flagged them down.. I think we should let them off for that. I was born in the UK in 1962. Fortunately my parents emigrated to New Zealand in the same year.
