So what, you had a wine and a romantic night by the fire with your gun? 😂
Super cool 😎👍
my most recent was a H&R topper model 148 12 gauge with full choke got for 150 bucks
My dad has a Stevens version of that same gun. It's a classic!
That was a really nice end result, I really like how you emphasised the natural spirals in the wood and the fire burn finish is a great idea, I gotta try that on my next attempt! I’ve just finished my first walking stick (video recently released on my channel), if you had the time take a watch and let me know what you think 👍
Thank you! I'll check it out.
I own one of these which I’m trying to restore.
Good luck! It was a lot of work, but worth it in the end.
I have the same guitar. I modded and installed a Guyker copy of a Dussenberg trem for hardtales. It jusy drops into the lower bar mounts. The graphtech saddles work very well.
Thanks I'll check out the Guyker and graphtech!
Poor old Lowrey. The most misspelled manufacturer ever.
Good catch!
Got 1
Yuuuuuuuuuuuuu buddy!!!
Oh yeah!
🤦🏼♂️
😂 sorry that was a joke adding distortion to the take with the brass nut, but it honestly does sound lightyears better than the plastic in my opinion. Depending on the sound you want a brass or bone nut will make a nice tonal difference. On this guitar i changed out the nut, the bridge, and the tuners and left the stock p90 pickups and its now one of my favorites. Depending on the song, I sometimes choose it over my strat.
In like 10 minutes I’m gonna get a friends old ass Double barrel
There’s something special about a classic old double barrel. Enjoy it!
I also have a ruger American 308 but mine has the Magpul stock & it's cerakoted OD green to match the stock with a 18" barrel
Nice!
My most recent was a G19X and a gen 5 G20.. im not a Glock fanboy though im more of a CZ & S&W fanboy but I appreciate Glock too
Love the 19x
Not today Satan
😂
Fed
It gets fed a healthy diet of FMJ at the range and Federal Powershock in the field.
Oh i dont own any
NO
No what?
i have one great rifle
Show the Feds what you got bro
No reason not to show this one. It’s a bolt action hunting rifle and I did a background check to buy it from the store so they already know.
You must not own any firearms? The min you sign paperwork/background check you’re letting “someone” know what you’re taking home. 😂
Nice rifle I got a Ruger xbolt 6.5 creedmore
I almost went for the 6.5 but where I live 308 is so much easier to find right now.
Micarta?
I think the factory version has Nylon scales but you can find Micarta and a wide selection of scales of other materials available online.
Great!!!
Great job show
Thanks
Thomas Jefferson said "The best government is the least government" and his intent was to not only have fewer laws but also to have them clear and understandable making compliance easier. We've gone so far from this that I see no hope in it returning no matter how good the idea is.
Gotta start with a caveat: Many old (and some newer) guns will chamber and fire rounds it's not designed to use, and doing that risks both the gun and the user being irreparably harmed so please don't do it! On this example the cylinder advancing hand is either needs polishing, is too thick (front-to-back), or has too powerful of a spring. That can be fixed but will require a person good with tuning revolvers which is rare to find these days. In the better revolvers the advancing hand is always a hand-fitted part from the factory- extra work which the cheap revolvers didn't get. Releasing the trigger quickly, as one would usually do in normal firing, might keep the cylinder from going backwards. Note that H&R used basically the same lockwork in it's later guns but those had an extra milled slot in the cylinder stop recesses to prevent that. H&R also made a very similar gun called the "Victor" which is probably an even cheaper version. The 32 S&W cartridge is considered weak these days but in it's time wasn't seen as such, being considered powerful enough for the job. The long version pretty much made this one obsolete, but it was kept in production for a long time because so many guns were made for the shorter cartridge. Originally a blackpowder cartridge, with these old cheap guns you may be pushing your luck using smokeless ammo. Best to not shoot these, but at least they shouldn't be shot much as they really weren't designed to see much use in the first place, and there's really no point in it as they really have no use today, being better kept as relics of bygone days.
I should have mentioned in the video that my test firing was done with the revolver secured and the trigger actuated remotely for safety purposes. I have since fired it a few times by hand with 32 S&W. You have a keen eye to notice the timing issue. I’m no smith when it comes to revolvers, but I did find a small neodymium magnet that I was able to place behind the cylinder in the loading channel as a temporary solution while firing that successfully prevented rollback. Thanks very much for sharing your knowledge and insight. I recently inherited a half dozen or so additional antique revolvers including a Colt Pocket Positive that I will show in future videos. Thanks for watching!
@@everydaysoff Even today I'm a revolver aficionado, and while I'm not a professional gunsmith I've learned their quirks and how to deal with them over the last 40 years. Always happy to share what I know and enjoyed the video.

No.
No what?
I have a green 2003 Honda 450 Foremen and I love, love, love it! They are great machines.
The best! My friend bought a 450 the same day I got this one and we have some great memories riding trails together.
I bought one of these new, 25ish years ago. Despite having many high end amps, I still love this lil amp for dirty, crunchy licks. I mic it up from time to time and mess with it. Always brings back found memories of a time and place in my life.
I’m realizing more and more that music is both timeless and a marker of the time it is tied to in our minds. Glad to know these little amps are still making magic with their special sound!

I was raised on riding Honda motorcycle's and fourwheelers, they are good tough machines. I might also say the Suzuki Eiger and Suzuki King Quads are nice machines also.
Thanks for sharing! I always liked the look of the King Quads too. They seem to be well respected.
I got the same pistol with the same issues. Did you use black powder 32 s&w or smokeless?
I got smokeless 85 grain Winchester lead round nose.
@@everydaysoff THanks. I was wondering if it only shoots blackpowder. But since yours worked with smokeless I can probably acquire the ammo right away.
@@MaxMinXXdid you use smokeless powder? How did it go, also does yours have the caliber written on the side of the barrel? Mine doesn’t so it is a 2nd generation which was for Blackpowder
Beautiful staff. I love the vine effects
Thanks so much!
I just picked up a dirty thirty from my local thirft today for $8, I'm pretty jacked about that
Congrats! It’s a great little amp!
Accidentally cutting your hand on a knife is a core memory for all scouts. Teaches us to be tough lol

@@everydaysoff nice to look back at cub scouts. Just got my Eagle a couple months back
@@ianbarber2937 congratulations! That’s a huge accomplishment. As you get older, take time to go back and review your oath and lessons learned. They will guide you well through good times and bad.
I have the twin to that one in .22cal
Very cool! I didn’t know they made them in a .22
I have the same gun but haven't actually shot it yet. I'll pick up some .32 S&W shorts some time and test it out. It's in excellent condition and everything lines up. You did a good job on your gun. If these guns could talk they'd have a story to tell!
They sure would! Thank you very much and good luck with your first shots.
👍
