El Salto Meditation

This is a 10 minute focused meditation of a small water fall leading to the larger falls of El Salto. Sit in an upright position, spine straight. Focus on the water, the sound of the water, the color of the water, the direction of the water, etc. You may close your eyes and just focus on the sound of the trickling water.
If you mind wonders, that is okay, it is natural, just bring it back to your focus on the water fall. When the video faces out at the end, slowly bring your attention back to your surroundings.

Here is a 10 minute focus meditation, sit in a comfortable upright position, back straight. Focus on the sound of the ocean, the movement of the waves. You can close your eyes and just concentrate on the sound of the waves too. It's ok if you mind wonders, acknowledge it and bring it back to the focus of the ocean.
