So basically you've done nothing to improve your situation in relation to Rico.. I'm certain you were told in order to gain custody ( NOT regain as you never even had custody) of Rico, employment would be required. Any type of " housing" you would get will never be 💯 percent free, you would be required to pay something. In order to do this they would need proof that you would get money every single month. Begging your " sponsors" ain't on the care plan. My point being - you will NOT be getting custody of that precious boy. They will initiate adoption proceeding within the next year, per their guidelines. We've told you Rico would never be discharged after he was born and we were correct. Most of us are telling you again, you will never get custody of this child for several reasons. No steady reliable monthly income for one. But the main reason is your absolute refusal to address your mental health issues. Lastly, stop the breast milk facade. We all know Rico was and is a bottle fed baby. Continuing this weird obsession only shows the court just how mentally ill you are. If you want custody, DO SOMETHING about it, per the court order. It's your decision Heather.
