While I was following this video I came across a gold slime ✨. Sadly I had a full inventory, luckily I already have a full farm of slimes so I didn't really needed the gold plort for money

Yeah, I unistalled the whole game after trying this hellish puzzle. I had played through this once before but missed this sidequest so deciced to try it this time. Mistake! I somehow managed to figure out the right words and through a lot of cursing managed to put the morse code correctly. I was very confused when apparently that wasnt enough and I had to do something else but the game NEVER told me what! Deciced to look online and I STILL have no idea what to do, the only option it gave to me was to kind of write words on top of the morse codes that I ALREADY HAVE CHOSEN. It doesn't give anything else to me. Not going to bother with this game again (only wanted to collect some trophies I missed) the way it painted people with mental health illnesses was extremely troubling.

idk anything about most these games, but from what you said, and what you showed, afew of these do look like interesting games, but not exactly like slime ranchers. penko park seems more like pokemon snap. while lost ember more reminds me of games like spirit of the north (a game where your a fox, who i think is trying to save everything, that was destroyed from this evil thing.) and the first tree (another game where your a fox, but your going to places, to tell a story about someone.) island saver seems the most like slime ranchers, along with a game you didn't add to this list known as bugsnax (a game where your a detective trying to find out what happened to this one character, while also collecting these half bug half snack creatures.), is also similar to slime ranchers.

The start was different for my playthrough, once I had control of the dad I went to the basement and tried to turn the light on and then the game put me in the cutscene of grabbing the blue guys hand

You can get marble (with the bronze pickhammer) from the darker coloured rocks (called hard rock iirc) also behind your house is an old stone like pillar you can salvage. Sitting down on a seat/stool slooooooowly regains your stamina so if you're waiting for your resource machines to finish up I suggest sitting til you're ready
