Not joking here, as I lived in the southern US. I loved my grandma's stewed pig's feet...

I thought this was going to be serious, thanks for the laughs 😅
The issue I have with this is the fact that, in most situations, the person using the cane relies on it to stand
Moving that good why do you need a cane?
I had a total hip replacement
Excellent. Thank you!
Using a collapsable aluminum cane for self defense? Id rather have a big rock.
Every word in different language is defined by usage in different contexts. Now speaking about Gender Essentialism, I think it was defined by someone who had been raised and had thought process of a patriarchal society. Next is the definition of Feminism or being Feminist, I think most of activists always mislead the common people by molding it to equality irrespective of homo-sapiens life-domain. Instead of this kind of destructive thought process (it is destructive as whenever existentialism of any being is threatened then obvious retaliation is inevitable) we must force the implementation of a constructive step of teaching our younger generation about respecting the importance of one's upbringing which always involves more than one person, and each person must be given equal importance. [The true feminism is about creativity and the true masculinity is about maintenence of entity which is result of creativity. To make a balance in nature, both must be given proper importance.] - This MUST be the essence of evolved definition of Gender Essentialism and similarly definitions of Feminism and Masculinity are ought to be revised.
AL-ah-mini-uhm... as a cane is no Bueno
Fair enough.
Bless you! Those MFs!
In western society, if it bleeds it leads.
100% you dont have a husband
Very sorry to say this is not correct, put yourself in danger. A villain can easily grab your cane and put you down.

I know you’re great at self Defense. What would you say is the most vulnerable part of an attacker in self Defense The eyes or the testicles

Wow, you'd really put the balls out the back side with that.
It's illegal to bring pepper spray to schools.
They're going to revoke her disability checks 😆

Thanks for helping my kickstart my thoughts for 2024. :)
What about the part when they easily take her can and use those same moves on her?
Great podcast ladies! Smart conversation and practical advice throughout. Love the authenticity.

Never use a low guard. Take a high guard, (La Poste Di Falcone), guard of the hawk. - Godfrey of Ibelin
Bullshitto the marshall art of getting killed.
Just started using a cane and I feel really vulnerable since I can’t run to get away. This helps with that. Thanks!

No one is gonna stand there and let you do it, it doesn’t matter what you do if you are not a trained martial artist you will most likely never be able to beat a man in a street fight
My goodness! PLEASE can you beat me up 😁❤️
That metal cane will fold with the first blow.
Do you train in hapkido?
"Boards do not hit back" These techniques are good if you want to... make a swishing sound?
I use a cane but I'm not sure if I'll be able to do that. 😅
Just use your witchcraft
That cane you bought from cvs is made out of aluminum, and won't be much of a deterrent to a motivated attacker.
Using the correct techniques it can be quite lethal.
I'm gonna say this because I have lots of experience as an actual martial artist. Good technique means nothing if you can't use it in a panicked state against a resisting opponent. Wide swings leave you open and the moment the first hit lands, they'll grab it and try to yank it away from you. Game Over..
