Myth Busting - Teeth Brushing
มุมมอง 413 ปีที่แล้ว
Maintain Good Habits For Oral Health Daily Why are we told to brush our teeth for two minutes? There's a lot going on in the mouth. Most people have 28-32 teeth, depending on if they have had any removed, such as wisdom teeth. On each tooth there are at least four or five surfaces for food and bacteria to cling on to. So that adds up to about 120 surfaces at least to clean!

However, just because we have access to a lot of information does not mean we have access to knowledge, and ...

That was a very good explaination
Lower teeth should be more inwards than upper teeth. Wearing that will move jaws front and make faces longer. I guess.

Thank you for this video and for all the information on your website, honestly this is the most well-informed I have felt about understanding root canals. I have a question, what questions can I ask a dentist to make sure they are competent and good at root canals? Also how do I ask my dentist to follow up with my previous root canal and make sure the bone has grown back?
The spot is the incisive papilla?
Yep or right behind
Suicide fuel for mouth breathers
i breathed through mouth being a child for 6-14 years because i had a problem with my nose. I had to receive drops in nose to be able to breath through nose during sleep. When you lay in your bed and your one side of nose is unable to take in air then you will most likely to develope breathing through mouth reflex. Hence I have overbite, crowded teeth, and underdeveloped Maxilla just a little. Doctors forcing to do orthognatic surgery which is not the only solution.
Read about mewing and cranial massage
i had the same situation as you
It's not to late to do myo functional exercises. Check out Mike Mew and others. I expanded my maxilla after age 50... get a myo munchee or similar.
ty for this advice do you use the myo munchee... wild what the internet can teach you@@wildswan221
I just wanna express my gratitude to Dr olu on TH-cam for curing my HSV 2. with his herbal product God will bless you Dr olu. contact him now and thank me later wish you good luck ....
Weedborn is full of amazing CBD products. These have helped me tremendously.
Where can I get them
U can order in amazone
But which brand and I can’t find any on Amazon . I write Myobrace and all that appear are mouth guards
Does myobrace work for slightly crooked fronttooth??
Hi, should the teeth be clenched before the swallow is initiated? Should they touch at all? I noticed that it is kind of easier for me to swallow when the teeth are clenching when swallowing, but doing that hurts my jaw a little bit.
Same problem
Don’t clench hard just firmly
Yeah your teeth can slightly bite down when swallowing. The goal should be to not engage your face muscles (Mona Lisa style) and keep the tip of the tongue in the spot as she said and have a good lip seal.
You are amazing Kristel!!!!
😎
Great!👍👍
