Yeahh I got lots of knives, they all get carried and that's why every knife does not get carried alot hahah! there is some barlows I always have with me but knives like this bugout I maybe have with me 3 times a month, also I don't have heavy use for them usually.

At the time, it was from Germany, it says so on the bottom. Got it from a legit retailer aswell
As it says in the bottom it's produced in Austria Vienna. This model was first made in 1952. So not German or WW2

Exactly! A Zippo is simple and works all the time and has a lot less parts that can fail.

wanted to love it but sent mine back, found the black dial with the small silver hands hard to read in the sunlight, ordered the Ballade with the sliver dial and love it so far

I have a Steam Deck and an Ally, for me the Ally gives very similar results as yours vs Stem Deck gives me 0fps, just crashes every time I boot no matter what settings, same with many some other games, for me Rog Ally is just better machine.
Do u force the game to use a compatibility tool? It should fix the crashes. Ally is definitely more powerful, not necessarily better considering the price difference.
@@3bryanboy Yeah, it happens to me with a lot of games, Doom, RE2&3, The Witcher 3 to name a few. I contacted Steam support and they guided me into a lot of fix scenarios and it seems maybe I have a bad unit but they cannot do anything because I’m not in the covered regions for a RMA, so I got really bad luck I guess. My Rog Ally works flawlessly and I have full cover in my region, so no Steam Deck 2 in the future for me.
Look at the FPS lows on the Ally vs the Steam Deck. The Steam Deck is a much smoother experience according to the benchmarks at the lower TDP. Crazy how efficient the SD is at those lower wattages.
It would be better to see if it was filmed in a dark place and putter them one on the bottom and the other on top, like that there's also no need to switch from one to another and we could compare
yeah I know you're right, we just happened to be playing outside and I was like hey let's run the benchmark and compare. It wasn't planned or anything.
It's Austrian, not German
On the bottom of gas can it clearly says "Vienna Austria" no idea how could one come up with "German" lol.
Did you not see the cardboard? In 1938 before WWII Germany annexed Austria. This means Austria ceased to exist and became a part of Germany. If you see the cardboard you clearly see Wehrmacht which was the German army. I also have a few lighters from imco that have made in Germany on them. These were made during the war. This one right before the annexation.
@@3bryanboy Gotcha. The bottom of the lighter still should say made in Austria. And it does in the video Vienna Austria. My family is Austrian and my grandfather was in the Wehrmacht. Mountain brigade. I inherited 2 from him from this time. Great lighter and that cardboard is still in good shape. Beautiful!

Yes I don't got the smallest hands and the knife is tiny. Shame the prices of bugouts went up so much recently otherwise would have gotten a full size one aswell.
So I have researched a lot for these Imco lighters. The Triplex 4700 (w the stamp: “Patent Austria”) where produced from 1936 - 1938. With the Occupation of Austria, existing and shortly after produced lighters, where restamped/stamped “Made in Germany”. After 1945 they where stamped with “Patent - Made in Austria”. The very few lighters you will find with “TM REG.” are probably a aftermath solution of 1938. I found no evidence but assuming Imco wasn’t very happy with the ‘Made in Germany’ so they went for the ‘TM REG.’ stamp. I am a german myself and I also looked up for ‘TM’. Unfortunately nothing to be found. ‘REG’ is very likely like you think: region. Probably as a compromise with the Reichspatentamt (Patent Office of Germany). But what ‘TM’ stands for to make it a more clear picture is tuff. Trademark or something in common was not really in that german mood. They likely used a german word, but like I said I found no hints.
TM REG is a very common mark in English speaking countries. It means Trade Mark Registered. Probably IMCO put this on the lighters because they sold a lot of their lighters in the US, Canadian and British markets. Also, IMCO's patent for the IMCO 2000 had been effectively stolen in the 1920s by the American company Zippo (although I doubt any lawsuits were filed over it), so they were probably trying to make sure that didn't happen again.
I would be scared to damage the knife knowing it was made from m4 Sherman😂 sweet piece of history!
This one is from a Tiger tank. They also sell the Sherman version though but it's a bit different design.
