Rooms A and D are barely bigger due to their dimensions/area compared to B and C. However, B and C are more standard of a bedroom shape (square-ish) which can artificially make it seem like it's larger since there would be more space between the desk and bed compared to A and D. But, technically A and D are larger.

It depends on the floor plan you pick! It is more expensive to live in a space like that. For the cheapest option you do have to pay per semester to rent a mini fridge.
