Very delicious recipe. I had to use about double the water listed in the recipe, and also noticed that the parsley is missing from the ingredients list. Otherwise, I followed this technique closely, except, I airfried the final cubes at 430F for 30 minutes, after brushing both sides of the polenta with olive oil, prior to cutting it. It resulted in a crunchy exterior and golden brown edges and was totally delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Wouldn't give Homebase the time of day. Not again, anyway. Needed a new bed a couple of years ago - they had what I needed, but I wasn't about to pay full price for the only one in stock, which had clearly been on display for a long time. I asked for a 20% discount and was refused. Just a week later, that same bed was 50% off!! Crazy people. A little later, I needed a new electric lawn mower. Got the usual nonsense of "If you find a better price get back to us." I gave my usual answer of "No - if I find a better price, I'll take it!" I got a better price just 20 YARDS away, in a shop owned by the same corporation! Crazy people.
