Must Visit Korean Skincare Flagship Store In Seoul #korea #skincare #kbeauty
I was exploring the Seongsu area in Seoul and happen to stumble upon the Mixsoon pop up store!
There was such a huge range of skincare and special products which are only available at Mixsoon stores. I’m lucky enough to visit them on their final day as their new flagship store will be opening in Myeongdong on 1st September! Excited to try their Glacier Water Gel so let me know if you all want a review 💕

I hope these travel tips will make your South Korea trip more enjoyable 💕 1. Get a climate card in Seoul to save money because you get unlimited travel for a fixed price 2. Apply for a K-ETA online prior to your Korea trip 3. Do not fully rely on Apple Pay. Make sure you bring a physical card 4. Download Navermap or Kakao Map because Google Maps does not work in Korea

I stayed at one of the most affordable penthouse suites in Seoul that fits up to 8 people! 1. Prime location, as it is situated at the heart of Gangnam (just a 3-minute walk to Gangnam station). 2. The three bedroom hotel suite comes with 2 seperate restrooms, and your very own private spa in the main lounge area 3. Ultimate privacy as you’ll have the whole floor to yourself Thank you Uh Suite ...

This is supposedly the most viral food trend in Korea! So I’m going to try it out to see if these salmon sashimi noodles are worth it or not. These salmon sashimi noodles were so refreshing and make the perfect meal for a hot summer day in Korea. For $15 per bowl, it’s definitely worth it! I highly recommend visiting the branch in Seongsu if you’re visiting Seoul as it is less crowded and has a...

Is the viral 18-step scalp treatment in Korea a Tourist Trap or is it worth your money? 💆🏻‍♀️ This was my first time doing a scalp treatment in Korea, BUT it definitely won’t be the last (and probably an on-going tradition every time I visit Korea). Make sure to also add this treatment to your beauty pilgrimage when visiting Korea. Because your hair deserves as much love as your skin 💕 📍ecojard...

This colour analysis in Korea ended up costing me $1000! I learnt so much from this one session about colour theory and which colour suits me the best to enhance my natural features. They even suggested all the makeup colours and brands I should get based on my colour analysis! I also did a photoshoot after at their photo studio and the photos turned amazing! 📍amoment.studio

This is how you can get a seat at the famous hanok inspired cafe in Seoul without waiting for hours! They have a huge selection of freshly baked pastries and cakes but I highly recommend getting the cheese pound cake which was one of the best cakes that I had in Seoul 🍰 📍Cafe Onion, Seoul I’m so excited to share more from my South Korea trip so follow for more and I also post daily!

This is a must try spot for premium Japanese A5 wagyu in Tokyo if you’re travelling to Japan! Every cut of Wagyu was so on point and make sure you pair it with some freshly grated wasabi which completely transformed the flavour. One of my highlights were the sirloin and sea urchin sushi. I barely had to chew because the whole combo just melted in my mouth. A bonus is they offer special tables f...

You need to do these 3 things when you go to Kyoto for the full Japan experience: 1. Dress up in traditional Kimono 2. Japanese tea ceremony in a Kimono 3. Learn Japanese calligraphy A bonus is you can experience it all at a 100 year old house in Kyoto! This was the highlight of my Japan trip so make sure to add this to your must do list if you're visiting Kyoto. 📍Orizuruya Kyoto

I ate raw chicken in Japan! This spot specialises in authentic sukiyaki which was so delicious! The traditional way to eat sukiyaki is to dip the beef in raw egg which completely transformed the beef into a nutty mellow umami flavour. As for the raw chicken I personally found it too raw and wrong and it wasn't my cup of tea. But make sure you check out Mizutaki Iroha for an authentic sukiyaki e...

Wish there were these prices in Japan. This would have cost 150,000 yen in Tokyo. 40,000 yen is peanuts for what you get. Holy... Do share if you have Tokyo hotel recs! Not too budget (too small) if possible

lol I removed my comment calling the menu thing BS...I was just hit with it this month. *sincerest apologies Grace*. I will be posting the English menu and Japanese menu on Reddit. Overtourism and Greed has really ruined this city. P.S before anyone comes for me about service tax etc..I am not a Gaijin having lived here for 3.5 years 😂 The price difference was 1400 on the Japanese menu and 4500 on English FYI. sharing reddit link on my original comment

Well,I don't know about long term scalp benefits, but if you enjoy the relaxation then that might make it worth the money for you. I'm pretty sure the thing about heat opening your pores is kind of BS though.

The pet cafes made me sad 😢 I wish Japan would have better regulations for animals. Research the pet cafe before visiting, as a lot of them have stressed animals or keep wild animals that should not be kept in such conditions.
