Yes, they are fine to eat. Salmon fishing lake ontario is a $5 billion dollar a year industry. Thay wouldn't happen if you couldn't eat them

@@addictedoutdoors3077 I googled it. They say safe to eat 4 times a month and said you can remove the skin and fat to make it safe. For me that would be a catch and release fishery
