A legacy of Every home he made by 2020 look as shabby as Changachoola For a Brit he could not capture the elegance and maintenance free nature scripted into the LMS Church and other buildings of that era in TVM

His idea is to give low price homes for everyone but architects n rest making big money out of it...such a shame..

Are all these houses really 'cost effective' or not too expensive? Is there any way Baker Sir can be contacted? Does he assist in finding out sources (material I mean) for such construction?

I had the opportunity of meeting him at Coimbatore,India. Very simple man with concepts of eco friendly houses which we need very much to reduce use of A/C.

i went through books of bawa's works....... his drawings are beautiful....... and baker...... his thoughts and methods are beautiful......... you can not compare between two of them
